5 ★So far my experience with Drizly has been good. I only wish they dealt with a bigger liquor supply store so that I can get the scotch whiskeys i typically drink but overall im satisfied with service.
5 ★Amazing. Only problem i have is that bottles aren't updated as often. I wanted a particular bottle and said it was being delivered at 2pm. It was 2:10 when i receive a notification saying that a refund was issued. I called and they said it was out of stock. Instead of informing me with due time or offer anything else, they just refunded me. Good nevertheless.

4 ★Well my first experience was kind of a drag. Ordered two bottles of Mead (honey wine) and recieved a single bottle of Japanese Whiskey, which is not much good to me in the summer months. At first customer service was pretty slow and they were not able to make an exchange. But they gave me $10 off my next order, the bottle of Whiskey wasn't cheap, and my next order went just fine. Frankly, delivering anything these days is pretty dangerous and booze even more so.
1 ★Meh. Downloaded and installed the app, nothing even available in Michigan. After reading how often orders are wrong or not fulfilled, don't believe I'll be using the app even if Michigan becomes available.
1 ★Delivery times are not as advertised and partners usually don't even deliver on your selected time slot in advance. Unfortunately the only store that partners with Drizly in my area is overpriced and will only deliver once a day when they are making deliveries to other local businesses in the area to cut transportation costs. In my opinion this does not justify the fees or high costs that are associated with the purchase. There are many other options in a highly competitive market.

1 ★Still bad. I used this app a few times about a year ago and decided it was terrible. Delivery takes forever, prices are stupid high, probably because of the limited vendors. Anyhow, Doordash and other Delivery services have cut back on alcohol Delivery i thought id try again. Still terrible. Estimated delivery time was an hour but it took almost 2. Prices are silly high. Uninstalling app again. Won't be coming back this time. Lock down spoiled me, but ill just get off my butt and go get my own.
