3 ★The app functions fine on WiFi. I get alot of errors on 4g. There's a few issues where items are REQUIRED. For example: Nachos from Qdoba require a rice selection, but only offer options that cost 2 dollars more. I'm sure it's a glitch but I didn't get to have nachos today😔 Also some menus say they have sides available, but they're not listed for selection. There are also menu exceptions (like extra meat) which don't mention they don't apply to all meals. So you pay, but don't get fed
1 ★Worst delivery experience ever. It does not make sense why you get charged more for them as opposed to a place that offers delivery. But then it just gets worse when it is your first time ordering and the driver shows up 20 minutes late and your food is cold. Don't contact them either, all I got was cold food and the offer of a coupon which wouldn't even compensate for half the price of food and it stated first delivery was free, I got charged.
2 ★This app used to be amazing but now its just not. Extremly upset that i just placed a large order and i didnt even recive half of the food. Contacted costomer support said sorry we will issue a refund. I was like are you going to talk to the driver and said no sorry we dont have contacts for the drivers. Tried calling the resturant to see and they said its not our problem call eatstreet. So very very disappointed.
4 ★The app is fine for getting deliveries, especially with the occasional deals they have like free delivery. My few complaints come with not being able to figure out how to review restaurants on the app and how the delivery times can vary further than they originally estimate.
1 ★Terrible estimation of delivery time. Regularly late in excess of 30 minutes of original estimate. Can't blame restaurants when it shows picked up and 40 minutes later the food isn't there within a 4 mile radius outside of rush hour. -Edit in response to the reply by eat Street Reached out to customer service day of order. Expressed my concerns and lack of satisfaction. Customer service offered me $5 despite being the 3rd occurrence.
1 ★I can't seem to get a meal delivered. They have no problem charging my card multiple times and drag their feet to refund it. Then spent 25 minutes with customer service to realize they don't know what happened. No answers just another refund in a week.
4 ★App is pretty easy to use, but you gotta make sure to select delivery or pick up. I've intended to get delivery, but apparently didn't select the correct option & had to pick up my order. I'm unsure why that's an option because I wouldn't use the app for takeout/pick up.
3 ★Orders are always delayed, often by up to an hour, and the food is cold and congealed by then. I don't like giving poor reviews since it affects not only the app but the restaurants and drivers as well, but this is a problem that EatStreet needs to solve.
1 ★3 separate order issues 1) Food wasn't delivered even when they said it was. 2) They canceled my order as the restaurant was actually closed. I googled the restaurant and it doesn't even exist anymore. 3) They cancelled my order as the restaurant was actually closed (different restaurant this time). I googled that restaurant and they are still open for another 10 hours. Ugh. Why isn't the app accurate?? The chat support agents aren't helpful either. Using GrubHub from now on.
2 ★It takes months to earn a $3 reward. Yet I only get one week to use it. That is highly disappointing & restrictive. You still keep sending orders to stores/drivers missing the apt or room numbers, bad phone numbers or without the business name.
2 ★Compared restaurants between delivery apps. Wendys has free delivery on this app, but the prices are about $2 higher than other apps. At least other apps are honest. Oh, and then during checkout a $3.99 fee is added.
4 ★I noticed the app will be a bit laggy when it comes to arrival time. Sometimes it will say 20 minutes until delivery but then I get a call saying my order has arrived. Other then that I'd say it's pretty good.
