1 ★Zero customer service. I have pity on you if you place an order and it goes into no man's land. They will never, ever respond to chat or email. You just have to weigh the option of ordering food somewhere else versus your food arriving hours later and you having to pay for dinner twice......In response to your response to my review, I LITERALLY COPIED YOUR REVIEW@BITESQUAD EMAIL AND TOLD YOU A BAD REVIEW WAS INCOMING IF YOU DID NOT RESPOND AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED!!!!
1 ★Horrible experience! I was told 3 different times that my order was picked up by the wrong driver and was being prepared again. Their live chat straight up LIED to me about multiple things. They did not give me a refund because they said the order was delivered. I NEVER received my order. We went to bed hungry because I spent all night being lied to by their chat people. BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES! See their automated response below 👇
1 ★They canceled my order after an hour of waiting and I only found out because the restaurant told me when I was there to pick up an order that they never received. Bitesquad claims that they needed a picture of my ID to confirm information for a GUEST order. There was no warning before the order was placed. They still charged me before notifying me of needing my ID. Customer service rep was very unhelpful and did not provide information.
1 ★I ordered bitesquad and my food never came. I reached out to bitesquad on "live chat" but none ever answered me or helped.i spoke to someone after waiting 45 minutes on live chat. They credited my account. I ordered something with that credit. And it happened again. Now I have to get ahold of them and get a refund. I won't use bitesquad anymore.
1 ★Always seems to be an issue with either an order, a wait time, or a driver that refused to pick up increasing wait time. I tip above what the app suggests. Never have these issues with doordash. Won't be using this service anymore.
1 ★I ordered from a restaurant less than a mile from my house but Bite Squad sent the driver two orders. The other order was from a restaurant father away than my house. The driver practically had to drive past me to get the other order. I contacted the driver and he said the app doesn't give him a delivery address until he picks up all the the orders first. I then tried to contact customer service and the app crashed three times. They finally gave $25 off a $67 order.
1 ★Horrible customer service through multiple orders. I've been waiting almost 2 hours for my food and I can't get in touch with customer service to get a refund, seeing as I didn't even get my food delivered. $143 order, I will be using Uber eats from now on.
1 ★I ordered something and no one picked it up. It sat at the restaurant well past the time. I was unable to go and get it and I couldn't get a hold of one to find out what was happening. No refund. I will never use this app again. Especially when there are so many better ones out there.
1 ★I have been using this app since I moved here the delivery times suck you wait for hours to get your food the customer service reps give all kinds of wrong information, I order food bitesquad sends a receipt to my email,, an 2 hours later i chat for help they dont have the order number then tells me they dont find record of my email on file not helpful at all and after ordering food they had the audacity to email me for a picture of my ID and cc i could go on and on thankful for competition
1 ★I've made multiple orders that just sit at "Your order is being prepared" for an hour or more. Wouldn't be a big deal if tapping on Get Help, selecting any option, the tapping on live chat took me to a login screen instead of any kind of live chat.
5 ★As a driver I'm proud to deliver great service to our area. When you order, you are able to contact your driver. We can keep you informed of your order and help get you answers. Unfortunately sometimes the restaurant failed to inform us of closure, or as yesterday a driver was involved in an accident. Luckily the driver was ok and all food was remade and I personally delivered it. I deliver 90% of my orders to the airforce base and am very honored to be helping get food to hungry heroes.
1 ★ORDER FROM ANOTHER APP AND COMPANY!! Company has "F-you pay me" mentality that's okay if I wanted a gangsta delivery service. If Bite Squad is very late with your order, you are bound to the transaction regardless of how late the order is, you cannot cancel the order, and no refunds will be issued. There is no customer service phone number and communication is handled primarily by app chat window.
