4 ★There have been a lot of problems but I've noticed they are slowly fixing them. It will probably be stable some day but it's not quite there yet. I prefer to just order from the website but the app has a rewards program now so I only order from it. The rewards program is nice because every few orders you get a free item. Because of that I would recommend using the app instead of ordering in-person or from the website.
2 ★Finally after the 3rd day of attempting to get the food I was charged for, I recieved it, had the app allowed me to cancel instead of marking it as complete, none of this would have happened. Please stop removing reviews about this issue and fix it, It's ridiclous to be charged for food I order and never recieve due to putting the ingredients away 20-15 minutes early some days and then marking my order as completed instead of cancelling it.
1 ★App works fine, but tried to leave feedback on taco Bell's website and it won't submit it. Myself along with others used to be die hard taco bell fans, but with them getting rid of pretty much everything people liked, it's rare if I even stop at taco bell anymore. Suppose to add to your menu, not take away the best parts people grew up on. Hopefully y'all's quarterly or yearly earnings reflect how much profit y'all lost and y'all realize the stuff y'all took away needs to come back!
1 ★Yeah, what a gimmick. They tell you you get a free crunch wrap for downloading and joining new, but when you get in the app, there's litterally nothing anywhere that says anything about it. No button no offer, no coupon, so if your not looking to down it, definitely Don't download it for the promo because it won't show up.
1 ★The order consistently won't go through if a strawberry freeze is in the cart even when the restaurant verifies it is available. Also, the app does not state which item in the cart is causing the issue. I had to discover it by process of elimination. This happens every time we order.
2 ★Should be alot more easier and simple always difficult, having to re-enter my payment info keeps saying error payment and don't know why they can't deliver would be really nice instead of going to order taco bell fringe another consumer website for pick up or delivery you know just plan and simply dumb!! But although they do have great food and service when go there directly...
1 ★Broken again July 2021. App demands I reset password but the reset email never comes. Not even in spam. Broken. Can't submit any order. Google pay won't take and it won't take any credit cards. Update. The problem is you can't submit the order without putting in your name. The name entry box fails to show up sometimes.
1 ★Don't know why my review was removed but this app is awful. When you order through the app they make you leave the drive through and wait till they finish with every single drive through customer so they can game their drive through wait time metrics. Don't use it if you don't have an extra 20 minutes to waste.
2 ★very very difficult to use...for instance zip code not able to be utilized for location. i had to ask someone in store....then my preferred location does not have scanners so only way to have account credited is ordering on TB app ahead of visit. who does that? i should be able to pop in and get credit on promotional account. i have missed out on countless orders this way. much disappointment.
1 ★The app worked great for some time but now it gives me an error each time I try to checkout. I reinstalled but it didn't make any difference. What a pain. Made it easier for me to order my customized order without any mistakes but the app just needs to be upgraded.
4 ★Love the app and the food overall. There are only 2 real downsides. 1. It doesn't work at all locations ( I have had rare occasions where they had server issues, so I have missed certain deals that I could otherwise have benefitted from in the app.) and 2. Customizing individual multiple items of the same type doesn't work!!! (e.g. You want 3 soft tacos: 1st. no tomato, 2nd.no cheese, 3rd.normal In this example only 1 of 3 request would be allowed unless you make 3 separate transactions).
1 ★This app is constantly freezing and shutting down. Update 7/11/21 - This app is still messed up, even after deleting and reinstalling. Cutomization of items in order are not taking when order is placed. After reviewing order summary email I had to cancel twice. Also, Dr Pepper isn't an option on the cravings box options.
