4 ★UPDATED: Reduced rating to four stars due to product locations often not being accurate. It is very helpful that the app shows on which aisles items may be found. However, the location is often inaccurate. I also love how the sale items and digital coupons are easy to browse and add to a shopping list.
1 ★I liked this app until I updated it yesterday. The latest version has several flaws. My profile is empty, and I'm unable to clip any of the coupons or mark any items for my shopping list. When I click on the + to mark on item for my list or the✂️ to clip a coupon, it says, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." Because I'm unable to clip coupons, and my list stays empty, it makes the app almost useless. I only use it now to look at the weekly ads to see what's on sale.
3 ★The app works fairly well, occasionally the list doesn't work properly, unable to display either fail to place item on list "try again later" error message. Publix doesn't display cost of search items, and price may be different in another Publix location. Have to actually call the store for price. Inconvenient when planning on a budget.
1 ★Sucks. Pricing was great Gave good discounts and applied them easily. Then said my delivery was a pickup. Changed 3 times and finally accepted delivery order. Then changed most items to more expensive ones. Only informed me of two . Then said pickup was ready. Then refused my login credentials. Went to app, went to web and back and forth about 7 times . Went to bing for help , didn't know anything about anything. Kept giving info for returns. Still can't reach them. Guess I'll just go somewhere
4 ★Used to work really well to order deli items for fast pick-up but the app isn't even loading anymore. Rebooted phone, re-installed the app, reset password and still no luck. Coding needs some work. I'll just access the website until the app works. Edit: Working much more reliably now for the last few months. So nice to be able to order deli items in advance and skip the line. Thanks for putting in the work on the app!
5 ★It is so easy to get in and out with this app! You can make a list which tells you the isle location of your items. You can add clipped coupons and bogos to your list as you browse them, just put your number in at the register and they are automatically deducted, so easy! You can also add your CC as payment which is super convenient as I never carry my CC or cash. The only things missing is the ability to add a gift card as payment and I wish it would give you a total as you make your list.
5 ★Wonderful App! I decided to use app for first time this week. I added items I wanted to get to my list in the app. When I pulled up the app a day later, I was pleasantly surprised that it told me what aisle each item was on the list along with the digital coupons I had clipped. I was able to enjoy shopping for first time in years and able to do so in under an hour. Thank you, Publix!!!!
4 ★I gave it 4 stars because I have used the app for a few years with minor annoying issues. But since I upgraded to a new phone, the it requires me to log in every time I open the app. It never did this on my previous phone, both Samsung. It's super annoying because I use the app several times a week. It is slow sometimes too, always has been regardless of the device I am using. In store WiFi is slow too so that makes the app unusable with WiFi, I have to turn it off and use mobile data.
5 ★Update: you can hide the Clip coupons, see the comment below from Publix. Great app otherwise! Can't remove Clip coupons. This app is great in that it tells you exactly which aisle you can find your item, however, they insist on forcing clip coupons in your shopping list and you find yourself going down the aisle for them before you realize it wasn't something you ever wanted.
4 ★I like using this app with the exception of a crucial missing piece of info. The prices are not shown for the products. I need to budget my grocery list each week, and Publix app makes it impossible to do that. Don't know why the prices are being kept from the consumer, but it makes shopping on a budget quite difficult. So, I would like this app to show prices and running total on my list.
4 ★This is a great app. I love that the shopping list is sorted according to the aisles in my store, that is a real time saver. The app is a little slow to load pages, even on my fast wifi at home. The one thing I'm really concerned about with this app is how much storage it eats up on my phone. It's almost at one GB! I may have to uninstall it just for that.
3 ★STORES: Almost always have what you need in nearly any branch, at a reasonable price, with a smile; in a clean, organized environment, including a little background music to bop along to. 😜👍🏼 THE APP: always SUPER slow. Takes forever to open & change views. But once you get it, it's pretty handy track deals & make a list. Even if they're seldom all displayed. Just remember to use Publix Free WiFi, or using the Publix App may be an overnight trip waiting for it to load 😕
