「Zeroner health」では、特定のアプリとSMSアプリからの通知しかスマートブレスレットへ送れませんが、このアプリは、任意のアプリからの通知を監視し、それを受け取ると、SMSアプリとしてその通知を流し直すことで、「Zeroner health」側に捕捉され、スマートブレスレットに通知されます。

今、広く出回っているバージョンの「I5 Plus」＆「Zeroner health」では、和製漢字が表示できず、文字化けが起きます。
この文字化け補正機能では、一部の漢字は、違う文字をわざと文字化けさせることで、目当ての漢字を表示させたり、それでフォロー出来ない漢字のうち常用漢字は、同じ意味の中国語の漢字に変換したりします。
（できるだけ元の漢字に形の似ている中国漢字を選んだので（例：経→经）なんとなく意味が分かるのも多いですが、全然違うどうしようもない字もいくつかあります（例：殻→壳））
わざと文字化けを起こしているので、元々文字化けが問題の無い環境・構成であれば、この機能が文字化けの原因になりますので、オフにして下さい。
