3 ★Sometimes connects but mostly doesn't, iphone always connects. Says check power of TV yet the pairing box always appears on the TV screen! TV 47LM649T-ZA. Working again. Not connecting again, yawn! Fed up of this, failing to connect again even though pairing box appears on TV. Useless! Another update stops it working. Deja Vu Screen capture back, would be even better if you could capture short video clips.
3 ★Used to work awesome on my s7 edge for a couple of days. I would give it 5 stars but for some reason the connection is not stable and cant find my tv afterwords, even though I've reset my phone and modem. Im sure its the app because all other tv and phone wifi functions work. Can't use it for more than 5 min before it completely disconnects and can't find my tv. (Insert sad face here)
2 ★Having trouble figuring out how to pair of course I don't know what model LG tv is. How do I figure out step one of the 3 steps to see of t.v. supports this app?
3 ★I have a 47 inch 7600 mdl. Tjis app loses it stating not detected. Annoying. But when it works, its great!
3 ★I like it, but have to go find my remote to turn it off. At least turn off should be there as its connected to WiFi already. The logo of the app seems to be wrong as it doesn't use IR to control TV.
1 ★App will only pair if tv is already on, and has no power button. The built in app on my LG G4 can do both these things. The only advantage this app has is the ability to access the smart menu, which the stock app will not. Combine the features of the two and you would have a functional app. Otherwise they are both pretty useless
5 ★Hi can you please help me i have new note 5 and cannot capture images as it says sd card error . My phone does not contain sd card
5 ★My dog destroyed my remote on my 47LG6400 and I was quite mad...but did some digging and this app popped up. So I said yea yea sure...after 3 failed attempts to synch it finally found my TV...ok but still not sold...I have full control!! I am so pumped thanks so much!!! Super easy to use , very dummy proof for non tech savvy ppl such as myself..now I'm very sold!!
1 ★When I 1st install in the app it's fine. However it disconnects from the TV and then says I need to install more TV models. It's unreliable have you delete the app and download it again to work 😑
3 ★Was cool until my tv started going crazy with the mouse moving everywhere. And hasnt stopped for three hours. Just random buttons and things poppin up. Fix?
3 ★Could only get code by entering connect to mobile device under smart home. What is wrong with LG they keep creating apps and then abandoning them. You know what keeps customers happy, keep supporting their hardware and they'll come back when it dies, don't become like Sony.
2 ★It only works if the TV is already on, it's stupid, if I have to turn on the tv with the regular remote then what's the point?? Where's the app that was already programmed on my old LG G3 phone? That one was better but I guess no love for Samsung? I got a Samsung phone and an LG smart TV cmon, improve this app please.
