Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★When Outlook "strands" a message in the Outbox, there is no way to force a send. Only remove the app (android) and reinstall. This has been going on since 2010 as far as I can see from Googling it. Apparently Microsoft doesn't give a damn, or it would be a feature to force a resend from the outbox. Just as with Windows Last, they are screwing the pooch and doing nothing about it. BTW, G-Mail has no such problems. This has been improving steadily. Still missing things that should be included,
1 ★I've used this app for years but I've had enough of it and I'm switching to something else. This app just keeps getting worse after each update. First of all, I was annoyed by the Bing search option in the Chrome app, and then they added ads at the top of the email list, and now you can't even open links in the spam folder, even the unsubscribe link... I don't want to mark those emails as not junk every time.
2 ★Outlook used to be the best at handling multiple email addresses but that's definitely not feeling like the case anymore. It seems the app picks the first letter of an email address as the icon for it and then slaps on an arbitrary color. Very annoying when I have multiple email addresses that start with the same letter AND the app picked the same color for them. To top it off they all collapse when I pick one and it gets really tedious. Not very accessible at all.
1 ★I really don't like the way this app works on the user end. Using Outlook through the browser on my desktop computer is so much more functional. I especially dislike the floating "new message" button that I often hit by mistake, while I am trying to scroll through the top level of my email. It's also abysmally hard to manage your mail, especially at trying to undertake bulk selection for deletions. I'm stuck with it as my email got migrated, otherwise I would never use it again.
3 ★Largely functional but came here to complain about a years-long issue with the Outlook app which is that if you hit "reply" to an email chain where your own email was the most recently sent message, it defaults to sending a "note to self" email instead of the person you were intending to email. This "feature" is beyond useless and is very counterintuitive. Why would you ever send yourself an email on a multiparty email chain? It makes no sense. It should default to the other party!
2 ★I have hotmail email since 1998. For most part, was satisfied with it. But for the last couple of years MS seems to neglect the service. I started getting tons of spam in my inbox. Marking it as spam doesnt seem to help. Messages from the same addressess and with the same headers keep arriving daily. Marking them as spam or phishing doesnt help. On the contrary, Outlook keeps putting certain messgages in the spam folder even though I put the senders in the safe list.
1 ★Tons of junk mail with Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft is known for selling your email to 3rd party garbage lords. Scrolling in emails is broken and very frustrating. My work email signature randomly gets deleted. There always seems to be some major issue with this app. First out was notifications, then it was emails disappearing, now I haven't been able to scroll within emails for a long time.
1 ★This app is horrible any more. I don't get notifications for new email. I get a lot of email & a lot goes to my junk folder. Some of that email i know is safe to open & click on links. Now outlook considers everything in your junk folder with links as "Spam Risk". You must now add those emails to your inbox. I DON'T want every email i get in my inbox. Again, i know what emails are safe & what isn't. Contacted customer support numerous times, they never answer back. I'm finding a new email app.
1 ★When you get notifications and tap on them, emails are no where to be found. I would think if I get a notification the email should already be in the inbox. Plus, the app and the emails load too slow, feels very clunky. Seriously, Outlook needs to be rewritten from scratch. I don't know how Microsoft's developers can approve this app releases and patches without testing the app. Does anyone in Microsoft use this at all and how they don't see the problems. Microsoft do better!
4 ★Works well but has one glaring usability flaw.... I can't easily flip back and forth between mail and calendar. If I am composing a message and need to check the calendar, I have to save the message as draft and then find it later after I've checked the calendar. Please split this into 2 apps.
1 ★It stopped showing the # of unread emails in the inbox. Junk mail controls still don't work. No matter how many times I click that a sender is not junk, the next email from them will still end up in the junk folder. Emails marked as phishing still remain in the inbox. I think it's time to move to Gmail to handle all of my accounts. At least Gmail is consistent with the way it handles email. Microsoft can't keep fixing a minor problem or add a feature without causing other problems to appear.
1 ★Can't successfully set up an imap account. If I don't use advanced settings, it guesses the outgoing server wrong, but once the account is set up you can't change any server details. When I try to set up an email account using advanced settings, I get an "email server has timed out" message every time. So I can't send email. Attempts to contact support have gone unanswered.
