3 ★All good but I don't have the possibility to change my prepaid contract to another prepaid contract within the app (my partner can do it on his app). I have to do it via customer support as the button is missing on my app. Update: I could only change my prepaid contract by contacting customer service. Now I'm having problems claiming a 10GB gift offered by Telekom. It doesn't appear on my app even though my partner, who has exactly the same contract than me, could claim his gift.
4 ★Hope I will change my opinion later, but for now: 1. Only German, no English locale. Please note that there can be foreigners choosing your mobile network and only starting learning German. 2. Disabled screenshots with no-English. Spent some time searching for enabling screenshots toggle in settings. 3. I had an error message on my Start page for 7 hours after adding phone to the account. After 7 hours all became ok
4 ★The App id a good start. Only in German is not so good. Deutsche Telekom is an international company - English is a must guys. Aldo, I would expect much more usefull features with the app in the near future - maybe let me book movies etc. But it is a very good start! I still dont see my Fesznetz invoice in the app? Its empty
4 ★The app works great and I really like how it feels personal to check everything around my Magenta contract on my phone. However, some detailed parts do not function well, for example the "Beratung zum Umzug" part opens in a new page that is hard to follow and doesn't look like the rest of the app. I wish this will be fixed soon.
1 ★Continually 'working' on this app. When it is critical for me to check my usage and availability of data, this app is constantly being worked on. No information until the next day. I have no other option with Telekom so....have to put up with their failure as well as what works.
1 ★it hasn't lenguaje options, is a "web view" app without any option for copy texts, bad user experience, is very difficult for foreigners people, I understand that is a Germany version, but for example N26 is a German app with good lenguaje support. I come back to browser version and I'll uninstall it
4 ★does everything what it's supposed to do well. Start page is clear & tidy. Some! settings are hard to figure out (where to find them, what they do etc.: I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to manage my Disney+ subscription)
1 ★For installing the speed home wifi aka ufo his app is as useless as is the telekom manual. It doesn't even scan the QR code on a router, to begin with. Just flat dead. You should pay that yearly money for the Computer Help to get it done by a Telekom employee, since the hours you spend on that struggle will get you nowhere.
4 ★The app is OK, infatuation it's quite good. What I am constantly annoyed about is the lack of Internet, which telekom promises and we pay for, but don't get. Also the amount we pay is atrocious and we'll above what telekom promised but we are now stuck in a bad contract. Really not happy with telekom! 😒
5 ★Now it works much better. Previously I said; I can't find my used data volume anymore
1 ★The app was changed 2 days ago. The new app is missing features: "TV PROGRAMM ÜBERSICHT", "Sendung AUFNAHME". The new feature "EPG" is cumbersome. Uses more than 1/3rd of screen with channel names big icons leaving little space for the program titles. The titles use small font sizes, hard to read... Further: instead "AUFNAHME" choice we get "Magenta TV Plus in warenkorb buchen"(werbung?). Thus I feel that "DEUTSCHE TELEKOM VERTRAG LEISTUNG" is hurt (verletzt). Telekom service was unfriendly.
1 ★I have no idea how, but suddenly, without even asking my permission, some unwanted bloatware (app starter) was installed on my phone, i use a telekom prepaid card, but the phone is mine and not bought from telekom. It's a mystery how Telekom gets to decide to install apps on my phone without asking permission, but above all, it's completely unacceptable. I can't think of another source than MeinMagenta.
