A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★I'm connected to the same internal subnet of my Fritzbox but cannot managed it since I'm hitting the error "you're outside the WiFi range of your Fritzbox"
5 ★Very good app it's working as advertised with many features keep up the good work :)
1 ★Ditto to others - used vpn daily - have re-installed older version of app.
1 ★vpn connection doesn't work anymore
5 ★Great app! Replaced all the functionalities I needed from the web interface and wraps them nicely to the mobile experience. Wrt LTE router products. As someone that had to switch between several SIM, the app was fundamental to assess the best coverage and fine tuning for the antenna direction, as I equipped the router with a directional antenna and an omni. TLDR: fast setup, easy to use and complete functionality
4 ★Could be better! Any chance that can add "parental control" to the shortcut or into Convenience Features so that I can block my son's internet access without log into the Fritzbox? Each click takes long time to load the pages. At the moment in order to block internet I need to: 1. click fritz!box shortcut 2. enter the password (anyway that can we saved pw and just use fingerprints or face id instead?) 3. click parental control link at the bottom 4. scroll down to the device and click Block
1 ★Since last update apparently I cannot access my Fritz box anymore from the app. Works as always from a desktop browser.
5 ★practical app, functioning most of the time. it's just that since yesterday I am stuck in "Searching for FRITZ!Box" mode. clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting device, force stop. ... all these attempts fail to bring this app back to functionality. tried on another android device, and it works fine. eventually solved the "Searching for FRITZ!Box" deadlock by waiting long enough until I was promoted to enter a password. all fine now :)
1 ★The app is supposed to let you skip "Enable use from on the go", but when I press skip, nothing happens. I don't want to be forced to open my Fritz!box to logins from the internet or have my data go through the manufacturer's servers supposedly end-to-end encrypted. The only way I want to use it is locally or using a VPN directly to my home. So if skip is not working, I cannot even do anything with the app. Totally useless.
3 ★Latest update not working on my ZTE Axon 7. Slow to load and once it has I cannot move off the start page. Menu us unresponsive. Worked fine previously. UPDATE: After following suggestions from AVM the app worked initially once or twice but is now again either very slow or unresponsive. This is on my ZTE A2017G (Android 7.1.1). However I just re-installed on my Galaxy Note 4 (Android 6.0.1) and it appears to work ok. Android version compatibility issue?
3 ★The app is getting better but still a bit desappointing . The UI is from the 90's, displaying or loading some screens takes hell of a time, some parts are not translated (I've seen my first error message in German today). So it "does the job", but it could be more user friendly and is a bit wonky sometimes. And also they removed the network map, not good.
4 ★Great product, app could be better! One issue I'm facing is that since the last update the home network screen hangs and it basically makes the app unusable. AVM reported that apparently this has to do with the router OS, so I how it is resolved soon. Another suggestion would be to include an option to save the password when accessing the Fritzbox. If these are resolved, 5 stars. Thank you.
