1 ★Worst train compared to other European countries like France, Netherlands or Austria. Takes too long to give updates on trains, delays are communicated too late or not correctly. It's better to talk to the staff onboard the trains. Also the function to show alternatives doesn't ever really work. Constant bugs.
2 ★A disaster. Proceed all the way to checkout to be told the app need an update. Nice one. Update, start all over again. Fill the field for 2 Passengers, go to checkout, only one ticket. Need to do two separate bookings. A disaster. An absolute nightmare. Next time I use the machine.
1 ★This update really changed the app to the worst and not user friendly. Discount Cards like Bahncard are not visible or need 'refreshing ' that crashes. When booking adding said bahncard is not easy to find. (not part of the 'options' but you have to add it to the person): the first offering is usually the most expensive one. Booking with seat reservation didn't work several times, I had to manually book seat reservation through the website for trains. Deutschland Ticket mit easy to find
1 ★Completely broken app, claims you aren't logged in when you are, can't validate tickets. The old app was working fine, so they replaced it with completely broken garbage. This app is only useful for tracking the ever increasing numbers of train delays and cancellations, buy your tickets at the machines at the station this is not worth your stress!
1 ★It's awful. It always tells me to update every time I go on it. Then when I click update it brings me to the play store and just loops me back to the app. Also every time I try to book tickets it doesn't work. DB is a disaster of a company in general. Also had a lot of late trains which they say they refund but they didn't do it and said my trains were on time (they were not)
3 ★I honestly like the new design. The old one was too overwhelming especially the sidebar was packed with things never used. But for me too some features went missing: The order of the train at the track for example. I will add anything I find whats important for me
1 ★This is the worst app ever. Sadly there are no alternatives. It doesnt let me log in. Paying diesnt work properly. Nothing about the app makes it good. 0stars sadly not possible. Nothing in this app works. I cant even login into the new version. That this is bad for the conductor as well is just plain stupid. There is full knowledge that the app doesnt work, they just dont seem to care. Nothing is done to make it work and no alternatives available.
1 ★Same as the RMVgo app. Sometimes it will just not tell you at all that a train is not arriving. Not even the panel on the station live will give you any updates, the entry will simply disappear from the screen on the station while the app shows no information about the train not arriving. These inconsistencies cost people dozens of hours per year, I am lucky to have other options to get to my destinations but I can't imagine how people with commutes of 2 hours+ deal with this.
2 ★I am happy with the new UI. However, some important features have been left out. Giving the direction at change over, including map to easily reach the platform/station. Bring these back will help all commuters to have a pleasant experience.
1 ★Very worst update I ever seen and experienced. Since the update for the new app my Deutschland ticket has disappeared from the application which I bought for December month and now I am facing problem in traveling due to problem of the app. They are also serving very poor service no response from Email, information desk as well as from hotline. Totally my 49€ is wasted for this month and don't know anything positive about next month.
2 ★I used the app very frequently and enjoyed it a lot, but I really don't like the layout change. The dark mode isn't pleasant and I haven't found a way yet to turn it off. The new way to keep track of your Journey feels more chaotic to me now. I haven't seen the time anymore when my train is about to leave and I frequently switch between my ticket and the actual "journey-view" to find all the information I want. It was a lot better before, I had everything relevant at hand with 1-2 clicks.
1 ★No better than the previous version, plus had to reinstall to fix login issues. Dark mode is a question of taste, I personally don't mind it, but a lot of button placements are still unintuitive and most importantly, features like multiple tabs or a search history are still missing - which would be even more important these days because the Deutschland-Ticket is still not recognized and I permanently have to go back and forth to compare alternatives. couple of easy to implement ideas would be E
