1 ★Broken App. Its missing all the donut options available at the chosen store. Please add all the other donuts available at the store to receive more stars. I haven't ordered online because of the missing options.

1 ★I cant even use Krispy kreme gift cards in the app? Seems like the app was made with no thought to usability for the customer

1 ★The app is worthless. It gives different donut menus for different stores that are all in the same city. For example I can choose the store nearest me and the menu will not show white iced with sprinkles, crullers, and any donut holes. I choose another and the previously mentioned donuts show up as options but now this stores menu is missing blueberry cake, cake batter and others. I walk into any store in Omaha and IA and all have the same donuts. The app has been broken for months.

1 ★I want to use the app, but every version has been super glitchy. Current version glitches out when I try to add funds, and won't let you choose more than one of the same flavor if you get a 3 pack variety (e.g. 2 original, one chocolate). I go here enough I should get more rewards, but seldom use the app because of the hassle.

1 ★What's the point in have the app and ordering ahead, to arrive on time and have to wait 20 minutes for them to start preparing the order causing you to wait even longer.

4 ★I am having issues logging into my account. I hit login with Facebook and it's not working. It worked before I got my new phone a few months ago. Samsung S20. It gives me an error every time. I emailed the app people for KK and no response back. HELP!!!

2 ★The app is kind of useless because they don't actually pull your order until you show up--so the donuts you ordered may or may not actually be available, and on multiple occasions we've shown up to find out they don't have the donuts we've ordered.

2 ★Needs improvement! I get offers in email that aren't in the app. The emails don't include a code that's usable in the app. Ya need to do better.

1 ★I felt in love with those donuts as a kid,but i wouldn't have known that FS has a poor tracking of custmer money it been 2 month and the app still show no money, very unhappy

2 ★Somewhat functional, but remarkably clunky and buggy. Telling you you have rewards you don't and vice versa, listing donuts that aren't actually for sale at the location then telling you at the last minute, inability to customize boxes meaningfully once they're on the order, telling you you have rewards when you don't, and telling you you don't have rewards when you do.

2 ★Basic things such as being able to enter the apartment number. Even when I add it to the notes either the driver doesn't read or it doesn't populate and the driver has to call me.
