本アプリは、全国のケーブルテレビ局が提供している、格安スマホ（MVNO）サービスのご契約者様が簡単に格安通話発信を行えるアプリケーションです。格安通話は、発信電話番号の先頭に契約局ごとのプレフィックス番号（0037-691 又は 0037-692）をつけることで、格安通話（通話料金が半額）での発信となるサービスです。
『ケーブルスマホダイヤル』からの発信では、自動的に局にあわせたプレフィックス番号を付与し格安通話となります。

1.ケーブルスマホダイヤルを起動してください。
2.（初回起動時のみ）ご契約局を選択してください。
3.ダイヤル・発着信履歴・連絡先より発信する相手をタップ（又は電話番号を入力）して発信してください。
4.契約局の変更や、局ホームページ／契約者マイページへの遷移については、画面右上のメニューボタンよりおこなえます。
