5 ★Easy to use. Easy to move from room to room. Works great with the phone too. Very helpful tables to read that let you know your air quality. Etc..
1 ★Got my Dyson fan a year ago, and wasn't able to connect it to my wifi and app. Fried again this week and was successful, but now the app screen just keeps crashing/reloading when I open the app, so it's unusable.
1 ★Was excited with the app that can control my fan, but instead, after i exited the app, the app wont even connect, keep getting connection failed grey screen. Same issues as all the users commented below, fix your app please.
2 ★Needs a temperature trigger, not just the auto target on air quality. Until then this makes the Pure Cool Cryptomic very disappointing: it is letting us melt as long as the air quality is good enough. Having to manually use the remote all the time is not what I expected from a "smart fan".
1 ★This app is horrible. Have spent countless hours and contact with support. Still cannot get connection, and everything is fine on this end. Don't waste your time going down this rabbit hole.
1 ★Cannot reset password. The forgot password link gets expired instantly and cannot submit the new password. Recently even the forgot password link does not generate the e-mail. Rest is ok.
1 ★On a pixel 3a. The app open, then load, then black screen, then load the open, the load, the black screen.... And this infinitely Cannot use.. Was promising but 🙆♂️ I re installed the app, same problem. I see some other comment complaining about the same issues
1 ★App needs works for the Morph floor light it doesn't have an option to have it turn on and off at a specific time every day. I used the chat option for support, tried twice no luck and was disconnected as well.You can have it turn on every day but no option to turn off automatically that seems silly.I tried support a few times they were unable to resolve issue.
5 ★Nice n Easy. Nice job app dev team. This app has ever mode you need hot or cold nice to be able to switch it on before getting home. I like the use of the schedule for waking up or going to sleep. All round great. Highly recommend
5 ★It's very convenient to control my 3 dyson fan/ heat/cool units with my phone. I'm also able to have more options to select than what the remote offers you and on a bigger display(my phone)
4 ★Ill leave 4 stars because i have faith that the extremely broken issue, where the page keeps infinitely switching, will eventually be fixed as one dev to the next good luck. Im on android samsung Galaxy 8
4 ★Still haven't returned to app the "heating to target" or "heating in idle" suggest " target reached" as the second, these two functions that were removed from the previous version need to be added again. Please Dyson read previous reviews from me, thanks.
