2 ★So much potential and promise but so many problems. Keeps having issues, disconnecting and not allowing me to complete a session. Why can I not edit and remove the invalid sessions? I started brushing and instead of timing me it gave me 30 seconds and then stopped, then it told me I got a low score and need to brush for longer. I would if you let me 🙄
4 ★So after several months of issues with the app, several updates later, the app is no longer crashing and has been working as expected. Credit to the developers on getting it sorted. Will make it a five star review after a few more months if trouble free usage!
2 ★After the recommendations of my dentist to look into this I did. I Loved the accountability the app provided. Im so annoyed I did the update. This app and I were getting along just fine.. everything was brilliant... did the update and nothing works.. Im so annoyed as I just started a new fresh breath challange and it can't even register my brush.. 3 days of no recordings now and I was so looking forward to sharing my improved oral hygiene with my dentist next week...
1 ★Its starts fine, but after a couple sessions you get messages about needing to stop and restart the connection with the brush. After doing that the first time the timer doesn't work, as it starts at 00:00 just to jump to random numbers (usually the minutes are the one changing incrementally). My last session came to a stop when doing my third quadrant, and displaying a total time of 31:01 minutes!!!
2 ★Hi, I can't call. Phones cause me a ton of pain, but I can email. The problem seems to be if I log in. I can get the app to stick around if I dont log Jn, the second I log in it crashes on start up. Doesn't even stick around long enough to give me data as to why. I have a Samsung Note20, an Oral-B GeniusX if this helps! ThankYou!
3 ★This app has no flexibility whatsoever. You can only pause brushing for 30s and can't pause at all after 2 minutes. My score is always close to perfect but sometimes I need to run after my kids and I can't pause brushing and sessions ends half way through on it's own. There should be at least a pop up asking if I'm done. It's ideal for single people who have all the time in the world but for busy mums like me not so great.
3 ★Was having some issues with the app as wasn't connecting.. I found out the issue, so press the button 5 times and on the 5th time keep holding it for 15 minutes to reset, then go on the app and re connect it again. 🙏🏼❤️ It should work.
4 ★I do like the app, but 2 caveats: I know I brushed all areas, but sometimes the app doesn't pick it up. Also, if you have a 2-step brushing process and must turn the brush off, the app ends your brushing session.
1 ★Bad app now, has a message saying you need to brush longer showing up every time I use the brush. OK, here is more information. When I clean my brush I run it under water for 5 to 10 seconds to make sure it is clean. I thought that was the issue but it is not. Whenever I use the brush the next day; whether I run it or not; a window pops up saying I need to run it longer, why I have no idea. Then I have to press OK and it goes away and the app goes back to the window which shows the teeth and brush now button which I press and then it goes back to the moving wheel and time. This is very irritating and only started after the latest update.
3 ★Generally a good comprehensive app. It's often reluctant to record small areas of my teeth that I have actually brushed well though. Recently I often get a message stating that the app needs to be restarted which is irritating. I have updated the app but this hasn't stopped the issue. In answer to the developer's reply, my Google Pixel 3a phone has adequate storage, is running on Android 11 and the app was updated a few days ago. The contact number given doesn't appear to be a UK number.
3 ★I like how it tracks brushing habits, and reminds me to floss. It's a great idea to let the goals determine which brush functions to use. It takes the guesss work out of brushing, and makes it fun! I love that I can personalize the led light on the brush! My only issue is that the brush position doesn't track well. For instance, when I'm brushing the upper right quadrant of my mouth, the front teeth are highlighted.
2 ★Like that you can change colour on ring, however the app only really stores data. Before purchase, I saw it had news stories to keep you occupied whilst brushing and that you could store dental appointments and had a dentist section. Also some articles implied brushing reminders. All of these would've made a brilliant disability aid especially for memory loss or learning needs.
