How to install Tuya Smart APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★I use this to schedule smart plugs to come on and off. Once scheduled, only update when the seasons change, so not often. When attempting to change times to account for sun going down earlier as winter comes - the "schedule" function is now missing from most devices. Some have a "timer" function now, some have both. On some - the timer is a count down, on others, the timer looks like the old schedule function. Regardless - no schedules appear, but the devices still operation per the old schedules. No way to remove the old triggers, to replace with new on/off times. So - if can't use to schedule reliably, can't use any of my devices. There's nowhere I can find to contact support, other than leaving a comment here. So - support? Fix this.
2 ★Last year I bought an RGB LED chain. For its use there is this app. There are various lighting schemes in the app, but it doesn't have some of the features that are available on the separate IR remote. However, there is also a 'coming soon' tab in the app, which gave hope that there would be additional options. Unfortunately soon has yet to happen despite a year having passed.
1 ★I use this app for my robot Vac. Everything was fine until a few days ago when the app said that there is a new update. The problem is the update doesn't download - and I've tried THREE TIMES!! It just keeps saying "checking for updates". You can't use the app because it won't let you use it without the update THAT WON'T UPDATE. PLUS, if you go to the "scenes" page, there's a pop-up suggestion that you can't click out of and it makes the app freeze. So, basically, the app is completely useless.
3 ★Ultimately, it gets the job done, and I like my bulbs. I'm pretty disappointed with how frequently they will disconnect/non-responsive, sometimes even one out of a pair that share a power source while the other continues to work. Rebooting consistently fixes it, but it's a bit annoying. Sometimes, this problem only affects the voice control through Alexa/Google, but sometimes the app will also not work, and I have to reboot the app a couple of times before it works.
1 ★For a while, everything worked as intended. All lights worked properly and response time was quick. It even worked well using the Google home app and voice control. For the past 3 weeks now, all of my lights are malfunctioning. Most of the time they show they are offline and I have to manually reset each one. I have tried working through their troubleshooting and all the steps they said would fix it. Nothing has changed on my end including networking/hardware/etc.
5 ★Works great with my cat's food. great for weekend trips. I set it up, a week in advance, to make sure it worked, and didn't scare him, before I left. I have now used it multiple times. My kitty was 5yrs old and very obese, when i got him, and cant free feed. i love the time, and portion controls. App also allows to feed on demand. It is way better than the last one I tried. If I didnt have a camera, already set up, I would have got that option.
2 ★It doesn't work great. I'm using it mostly to control a bathroom heater via simple automation scheme: turn on, keep on for 120mins, turn off. It's supposed to be 1 click function, but most of the times it doesn't turn on the heater, even though it checkmarks the step, and even if it does turn it on, it rarely turns it off, keeping it on forever. It's really poorly designed without any self-checks in place whether the action was performed.
1 ★I ordered a pack of 6 Bluetooth lightbulbs that use this app. While I can control each one fine individually, this app also has a "tap-to-run" feature that allows you to accomplish multiple functions (e.g. turn on two lights) with one button. However, a glitch in the app results in only the very last task in the tap-to-run being executed; the first, second, and so on tasks are ignored and not executed. This defeats the entire purpose of this feature and is very frustrating.
4 ★Works fine with the smart light switch, the ability to program what time you want to turn on or off any device automatically is great. My only issue is , the voice command to turn on or off the lights is a bit too long winded. "Tuya smart turn on the plug" "Tuya smart turn off the plug" It would be great to have the ability to change the voice command/customize within the app to something like "Lights on" "lights off"
1 ★This app is terrible. I have a simple led strip for the back of the tv. It requires your PRECISE location to work. Approximate is not good enough. Even if you allow location for only the one time, it takes multiple attempts to connect to the lights just a few feet away. You cannot operate the lights without the app, as there is only one button to initiate connecting to that app.
5 ★This app is great for my lights. There are a few settings that have strange number ranges like 1000 vs 100 but maybe it's to give you more control for fine tuning. They just don't explain the few features it has that are a bit harder to use. It would be nice if they had tips or explanations with all the features and automations. I was able to figure most out by trial and error. But can't beat it for its basic functionality.
3 ★First week was very rocky and frustrating. Every time a motion was detected it would turn away from what it should have been recording, then turned back missing everything. Live video would freeze in app and stop recording, had to reset/restart everyday. but just as I was about to send it back it started to work without any problems. We'll see how long this lasts but I'm actually satisfied now.
