4 ★Can you help now it makes no sound in app when alarmed

5 ★To make the app work with admin functions you have to enter the admin password ( second written on the manual) when you connect to the main unit alarm. If you enter the user password ( first written on the manual) you will get only basic user functions. Just take your time to read fully the manual. I find this very useful as you don't want many users to alter the settings. This should solve the issues others are reporting.

1 ★Did not work for me, galaxy s7 android ver 7.0. App crashes when when loading upon opening the second time. Also I cannot log in to the app after creating a username and password. I put in a trouble ticket to support. Waiting for reply.

3 ★I don't get the entire interface after I log in. My Add button is missing, Control, settings and history buttons are missing. I use a Nokia 3 . And it seems my auxiliary's are already added cuz if I disconect the magnet alarm starts.
