2 ★Used to be great until most recent updates; now consumes oodles of battery even when not running. Please fix the bug!

1 ★Unable to register, doesn't accept single sign-on. Hardly straightforward and easy to use. Using the web link instead has the same problems. For an app that is for everyone, of all abilities, this is horrible and needs another app to report problems in this app. Rubbish.

1 ★I Down loaded the app for the campus. When I needed it for a toilet running hard nonstop the app said I did not have permission for any of the buildings on campus. Great concept but it needs a lot of work.

2 ★I like the idea of this app however in practice it does not work well on an android phone. The QR reader crashes all the time so I am forced to scroll through the list of all locations to try and find the correct one. Also, I cannot read the latest comment on an open item because the screen will not scroll down far enough.

1 ★Does not work at all. This app has been implemented on campus for many semesters but I haven't really needed it and heard that it does nothing. This is definitely true because the app will not load on startup. When I contacted crowd comfort on Twitter, they said it would be "live" in 3 days. What is it now? They were extremely rude and unprofessional commenting on how I "complained" about the service simply not working (without any warning or notice to the customers). Terrible service

5 ★Much easier than competitors

2 ★Great idea, but this app crushed my battery. While in the office, it would only last 4 hours. Once I uninstalled it, I was good for a whole day again. Hope you can work out the issue, this was a great way to report issues on campus.

1 ★Installed and opened it. Never even signed in. Now the app is at the top ofthe list of apps sucking the battery on my phone. ...then I uninstalled it.
