1 ★Referral link didn't work, and customer service refuse to acknowledge the referral despite providing them with screenshots. Terrible experience, can't imagine working with their customer service for order related issues in the future.
1 ★The worse delivery app ever created. From the app to the delivery itself, the standard is so low that only the type of people who made this app can accept it. Food is always delivered over an hour sometimes two hours late and cold. Highly do not recommend. Replying to your comment. You need to hire better delivery drivers. Not those from china that stick with their poor customer service mentality. They only care about make as much money as possible. You will not succeed with such poor driver
1 ★was this app even tested? app takes an eternity to load and when it does, it freezes when you select an offer. can't go back to previous page, can't go forward to see the menu. how are people supposed to use this if they can't even get an order through.
5 ★Best food delivery App I have used (Favor, Uber, Grub, DDash)! Food on time & received my referral $. Easy sign in w/Facebook, Google, or Email/mobile#. Navigatiing app as well as food menu items, search, edit are so well thought out and implemented. Tip edit and payment are simple (accepts credit cards, Venmo, & Allpay - no paypal/google). Only hiccup is after promo code if you edit payment/delivery time/etc promo deletes & you must enter promo code again before checkout.
4 ★Sometimes I have got to a restaurant and they didn't know they got an order on the device, mainly the restaurants fault but maybe the "received order" notification could go overboard until they acknowledge it

1 ★All the negative reviews are true, this is absolutely the worse company imaginable. You think your 1hr uber eats delivery is late? Try 3. 5 hours late with chowbus, their support even have the guts to refuse refunding me. had to get money back through a cc charge back. This company should go bankrupt. Completely dysfuntional.
4 ★Good communication and contacted me to refund me when the restaurant couldn't deliver. However the order tracking map doesn't seem to update after a few minutes. I always get surprised when the driver calls and it still shows the restaurant is preparing the food. 🤔
1 ★Worst app ever. Short staff of drivers but did not notify me, had to reach out to the support team to find out. Then they estimated another hour and a half... total of over 3 hrs to get my food. Dont bother using this app its trash
3 ★Unable to place pre-order. Received message saying that pre-order can only be placed with the most updated app. I was using the most updated app.
1 ★Ordered the food at 17:10. Finished cooking at 17:40. Chowbus driver picked up the food at 18:40. Delivery time is 20:40. The restaurant is less than 2 miles away from my place. I will never use this app again.
