3 ★The website consistently works. I have issues where the app will process the charge but not the order or switch to a previous delivery address. The only issue I have with the website is that it is constantly telling me to use this app.
4 ★Generally good. Significant slow down when changing views, likely due to app not caching data. Associated delivery service can be very slow during peak times. Overall experience is good and worth keeping, but gaps for significant improvement still exist.

1 ★The app was great before, but now it won't allow payments to go through. It will get to the payment page, and then none of the options will work. It still allows payment in cash, but if you want to use a Korean card it seems like all of the links are broken.
5 ★Amazing option to order food in English! The app also allows you to drop a pin on your location and then a helpdesk person will reach out to clarify your address if they need to. Definitely recommend.
5 ★The app is super convenient especially with living in South Korea. Most places deliver time after being prepared is fairly short therefore the wait doesn't seem that long overall. Highly reccomend it.
3 ★Great app but not so much when you want to customize your order. I tried calling ahead letting the restaurant know of my request to no avail.
5 ★I love this app! Being from New Orleans living in S. Korea and not able to speak English, this is the app you need to order food in S. Korea. Plus I love that the company owners are foriegners too! I will only use this app for ordering my food. Foriegners need to support foreign own businesses.
1 ★Limited - only really services a small area or select areas. Unless you live in a few select districts of Seoul or Busan, this app is useless. Disappointing, because everyone and their mother told me to use this app, but there are literally no options.
