5 ★Great app, easy to use, translates Korean to English exceptionally.
1 ★One of the worst apps I've ever used. The UI/ux is fine. No order ever gets delivered. I tried 5 different restaurants across 2 different days and customer support told me they are having issues and have to cancel the order. Meanwhile the payment got deducted. I can only hope it gets refunded. One of the worst experiences I have had in an app. Period.
1 ★ATROCIOUS. Too often, the food is delivered late ... after many, many credits / partial refunds, and after a surfeit of excuses / apologies from this service, I'm out. 1 ☆ is generous. Lift your game, Shuffle.
1 ★honestly fix this garbage app. I'm in the center of Seoul and excited to finally be able to order food in Korea but.... shuttle sucks terribly. I can't add anything to the cart, it just gets stuck and never adds it. Same thing on my desktop browser, same thing on my phone browser. every restaurant. I wasted so much time trying to make it work. Garbage!
