1 ★This app is slimy. Once you pay, regardless of the outcome, you're not getting your money back. I didn't get my food at all last time. I called, left voicemails, emailed, and no answer. A friend of mine who put me on this app said the same thing has happened to him and had to stop using that app.
1 ★A vendor never made my order, but all set charged me anyways. It's been 2 weeks and nobody in customer service is responding to my messages.

1 ★Terrible app. Information is incorrect, they don't honor "deals," and restaurants listed don't take orders through the app... so not sure what the point of this app is. First order was a hook, and it's been a declining, bad experience since. I was trying to give benefit of the doubt, but it's just awful.
3 ★Occasionally a good deal and the app itself is great. Some restaurant surcharges are obnoxious
1 ★Dont even know how this app would save any money for customers. Their service fee equals the max discount you can get on an order so you dont save anything. Might as well give your business directly to restaurants. Also, our food is never ready when we pickup even after it says its ready. The restaurants always tell us that they just receive an order ticket but not what the actual order is so dont know what to make.

The fees that the restaurants charge you to use Allset are a bit much, almost to the point where you're not actually saving money even with a promo code. And whatever your promo amount is, you have to spend a certain amount in order to use all of it
