5 ★Great app. I hadn't ordered for over a year but got a craving at work. Opened the app...built my sandwich...had forgotten to sign in...my old credentials worked the first try...app brought me right back to the checkout page, signed up for rewards, paid, sandwich delivered in 25min. Absolutely flawless app performance...when it could have gotten ugly (because I hadn't signed in to my JJ acct before ordering) UI performed 100% as expected. This is the team you want developing your app. Easy.
5 ★Pretty easy to use. If I had to complain about something, its the offers. I had one flashed when I opened the app, assumed it would automatically be applied but didn't, then I had to go researching to find out what the code was. Thank goodness for email! But again, this is a pretty solid app. No real complaints.

5 ★This app works great. Be nice if the workers inside of the Jimmy John's took the time to read and make the orders correctly. As a former Jimmy John's employee I know they can do better. Just little simple things like when a sandwich already comes with extra cherry peppers as part of the recipe, and then you pick the option for extra cherry peppers that means you should get a whole lot of cherry peppers because that translates to extra, extra. Tried to explain that to a manager and oh well...
4 ★Would do 5 stars but when you order combos for some reason it limits your drink choice to 3 options instead of offering all the drinks like on the box lunches and drink menu. Not sure if this was a mistake or on purpose and I'm unsure why they would do that in the first place.
1 ★Tried to create an account in the app and it said my email was already in use, which is weird, because I've never ordered from JJ before. So anyways, I used the forgot password feature and had a reset link sent to my email. Except when I click the link, it takes me to a Jimmy John's page that says the page I'm looking for doesn't exist. Real helpful...
3 ★Great app but needs a better UI when it comes to increasing the bag of chips. I had to use the add food button to go back and add a different bag of chips. Not just increase the chips. Not everyone likes spicy chips...lol
5 ★I've been eating JJs for years before realizing there was an app. It makes everything so much easier than ordering online or over the phone, plus I get notifications about when my food will be arriving! Honestly, the app made my eating experience even easier!
1 ★Rewards expire way too fast. I just had one expire in 2 weeks. That's crazy! Rewards should not expire or at least have a decent amount of time to use. 2 weeks is just ridiculous.
4 ★Apps good, but I wish they'd improve the customer service system. I got an email telling me to call the manager and whine about it. Mistakes happen, I just wanted my couple bucks back. On the other hand, maybe it's brilliant since I just took the hit and whined here instead. Touche' JJ....touche'.
1 ★I ordered from the place nearest to me for pickup. I go to pick it up and the location is shutdown. I call the next closest to see if my order was sent there instead but they let me know the first location has been shut down for some time and the only thing i can do is call corporate. Never thought id get scammed by jimmy johns
2 ★This was only my first order and I found this app to be cumbersome. Took about 20 minutes to add everything I wanted into the cart so that I could pay. Food was good, though, and I'll rerate the app after I've done a few more orders.
