1 ★I have a duo and phone number but can't sign into my account with this app. I get the message "Unable to process request at the moment. Please try again."
1 ★This app doesn't work.
1 ★I want to inform anyone , yes this good option but you Do have to pay an additional 29 dollars a year to enjoy this feature. Also emailing customer service in regards to problems and no response isn't to promising. Just a little Info to consider.
4 ★Works exactly like it should, and since I was already a NetTalk customer they prorated my bill to sync with my Phone subscription. So that saved me $13 to begin. Just like they said it took about 48 hours for full service. My only problems are that the sound notifications don't work and you can't copy/paste messages or even text to more than 1 person at a time.
1 ★I bought the SMS service through my account page (web). I installed the app on my Nexus7. I tried to login with my DUO credentials. My credentials are working A-fine (if I were to enter a wrong username/password, the app will state so, and won't go further; however, I can login using my DUO credentials). Then...!!! The app said I am not a DUO customer, which is not true. My account (phone and SMS) are fully operational according to my account page. I am a long time nettalk customer, but I really cannot recommend the SMS service. There is no refund.
3 ★I'm having an issue with the app, it keeps on saying that there is no internet connection however the Wi-Fi is on and the Nettalk app on the notification menu says the app is online. When I click on the app then I keep on getting error messages that there is no Internet connection. Also when I get a new text I don't get notified because of the error above. It's such a pain to use as every time I need to use it I have to restart my phone. I have the LG Optimus Elite Android 2.3.7 model. Please help.
3 ★When I first got this app, it took a couple of days before it worked. Then it worked like a charm. I was sending and receiving texts without any issues. In general it's slow to start up but it worked. Now for some reason I can no longer receive any messages. I can send but receiving does not work at all. This app solved a lot of problems for me when it worked but alas it has forsaken me.
2 ★Can't give this pass marks because not only does the app not recognize my sign in info there is no means of requesting that info be sent to me. Also the support is primitive and extremely slow-talking days here. Too bad. I've enjoyed the phone service up til now.
2 ★I already have a account with unlimited SMS facility for 1 year. I thought that should be enough to use this texting app. Looks like it is not so. The app still asks for your card details (which i am not comfortable providing on yet unproven app). I feel there should be a option to forego putting in credit card details if your account is already filled up.
3 ★Works fairly well, however there are times it says no wi-fi when it's clearly connected. Sometimes it will just start working on it's own, other times I have to restart the phone to get it to work again. Don't like the no refund policy. Samsung Galaxy SII
1 ★Downloaded for 2 weeks on my nexus 7. Called up customer server and technical service multiple times. Never get it to work and they never got back to me. I have to called in every few days to follow up. And customer service cannot to cancel the services. I just emailed their CS. I have a feeling they won't do anything!! I'll wait and see...
5 ★My family and I have been netTALK customer for long time. Having this additional feature to the service, it makes my life much easier. Now I can text my family outside of US anytime I want.
