1 ★I miss the old icq. Registered 1st time in 1997, had a 7 digit number easy to remember. Was not using it for 2 years, tried again and found out a russian hacker stole my account. Icq has a bad history of security and the only option was to create a new account while losing all contacts, no recovery option, no customer service, no nothing. i do know the ID and password but if account taken over by another person and the password was changed then this attempt is useless.
4 ★ICQ молодцы, l and my friends have been ICQ enthusiasts in the late 90ties. however, we now experience a peculiar problem on our Android phones. we can't hear incoming calls. everything else works great. are we missing something? we have been trying to tweak all the settings we can think of without much success. any tips from the ICQ команда?

1 ★Yeah if I can't recover my old ICQ account I'm not interested. I guess after this program changed hands a few times I guess they broke with the old accounts as I got this message when attempting to recover my account by E-mail. 1 ★Used to use this decades ago but it wouldn't let me change password! Gave the captcha number exactly as it was shown then it would say "server error" try again then "incorrect captcha" which was a lie, then "rate limit" but only because it wouldn't accept the first CORRECTLY ENTERED numbers!! What a joke....
5 ★I install ICQ new because I want to say bye to WhatsApp. The experience with ICQ is so far very good. The linkage with desktop version is also good which help me to use it across multiple platforms
3 ★Poor connection. Under WiFi no issue, but when using data, keep loading loading sometimes.please improve. Otherwise you just spoil my childhood image
2 ★My messages never send unless I switch to cellular data and when I check my wifi connection it says it's great and works on every other app on my phone. Dont know if it's just my device or the app but it really is annoying
1 ★Zero stars forcing people to have working phone service to use your app this is stupid . maybe theres a effing pandemic going on and people cant afford one thanks. Email is so much faster than phone service fyi
4 ★Much better file quality than other messangers, and apparently they don't sell off your info. I gave up Facebook messanger for this and I regret nothing.
