How to install AT&T ProTech APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download AT&T ProTech APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.asurion.android.protech.att-v7.0.0-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

2 ★It's hard to get into tha app , how do you expect someone to remember their password, gmail &Phone number all the time you should change how yo get into the app without having to go through all that. Thank you very much that also includes Amazon's & Google as well.
4 ★in general, fair/good, although this recent incident couldn't be addressed by tech support directly accessing my Android since it just kept going thru restart over and over without completing. I went at last to an ATT authorized dealer where the staff are dumber than dirt. they got a replacement phone shipped which came 3 days later.
2 ★After notifying At&t of the problems with my old LG phone, they quickly replaced my old LG with a new(er) LG. The transfer process was terrible, I spoke with several techs, and although they were very eager to help, my information transferred in bits and pieces, eg, 2 photos files, 2 contacts files, only the texts that were sent TO me were transferred (none FROM me), all the dates of the mms files are now the dates of transfer, not the dates of births, graduations, etc., still a horror show.
1 ★Never could get it to work and blocks hardly any spam calls at all. I'm getting sometimes 10-15 spam calls a day and they're not getting blocked. Come on AT&T you have the technology to stop these spammers and spoofed. I'm tired of getting my phone blown up!

3 ★When the tools are relevant and useful for me, the information is excellent. Often though, the tools don't match with how I'm using my phone and services. I love techie stuff, but I'm more of a Trekker, not a gamer or streamer. Keep the good stuff coming AT&T.
1 ★Does not work well. Takes too long to retrieve data. It misses calls for that reason. It should immediately block suspicious calls then check with client to see if they are known and okay. ALWAYS TRYING TO UPGRADE TO CHARGE!. THE TOP SERVICE SHOULD COME WITH THE APP.
4 ★I've had a problem with downloading pictures through text messaging since September it's now November on my Business phone Galaxy Note 10. They tried and handled it very professionally but still haven't fixed issues. Everytime senior Tech advisor's say they're going to call me back, they NEVER DO, that's very aggravating! My Business if being effected!! I continue to ask if its AT&T or if its the phone and no one will answer me.
5 ★in the times that I have had a question and utilize this app. I have been very impressed with the response time, knowledge of the expert and the patience to educate me so I would be able to troubleshoot my concerns should they arise again. I recommend this app!
1 ★No phone number for technicians to help. So thought about it and decided maybe deleting the app and reinstalling might fix the problem and it did. The technicians that are supposed to fix problems couldn't help. I try two different technicians.
