1 ★HORRIBLE !!!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM !! I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS......had the system 14 days and it hasn't worked from day 1 !!!! Don't bother trying 2 call them they will MAKE u stay in the contract no matter how unhappy you are. I wouldn't even give them a 1 !!!! I take care of my mom & mentally challenged brother, wanted 2 feel safe when I left the house , 2 know they r ok . NOT HAPPENING !!!!!
3 ★I set up the app to play a ring tone when the camera detects a person but only at night when I'm asleep. Unfortunately I have to do this manually, going into my phone notification settings twice daily. Would love a feature that could schedule this. I'm writing a review today because this morning someone came to my house to do some work and the app failed completely to detect him. No notification and no saved video in the app. However the thumbnail for live video shows him arriving.
1 ★App has problems in the last few weeks. And an e-mail to support has garnered zero response. It won't update when windows and doors are open. And it won't let me arm and disarm. Deleting the app, rebooting the phone and reinstalling doesn't help either.
1 ★Sucks... This app can't even keep your recordings and stops everything till you fix it. You can't select all to delete videos. Apparently it's full and I don't have time to click one by one. I feel less safe with this BS.
1 ★Brinks is the worst ever! I cannot wait until my contract is up with this company. I have spoken with 4 - 5 tech's that's supposed to know what they're doing to reset the notification to my camera, which is constantly going off (giving me a headache/irritating.) The problem still isn't fixed correctly. I'm am so done with company! 💯

1 ★It is inadequate. I cannot access my cameras and I frequently get an error message that it "cannot connect". I NEVER had this problem with Protect America!
2 ★Takes forever to connect to my doorbell at times and lately, the app keeps turning off the recording schedules for my doorbell so it doesn't record. I've deleted and added my doorbell twice in one day and it works for a short time, but then the recording stops again. I'll go back and check the settings for the doorbell in the app and they're turned off again. It's frustrating.
1 ★All devices go offline repeatedly. There are problems connecting to the application as well. The system takes forever to connect to my doorbell and cameras. The app keeps turning off the recording schedules for my doorbell so it doesn't record when I need it to. Door bell has been a waste. If I have someone at the door and I receive a message, by the time I receive the message then attempt to login successfully on multiple attempts then the person at the door has left with his presents being captured with my door bell camera or me being able to communicate with them through the door bell's comm.
2 ★I've had this service since 2016. Previously was Guardian. Majority of the time if someone ring the doorbell I can't answer because the app fails to connect. Also can't access cameras or anything. What's the use of having security system/app if you can't use it? This is becoming a big issue. It maybe time to find something better.
1 ★This application changes frequently without notice. If I had known how bad the software and support was I would not have bought the security bsystem. Trivial changes cause working functions to fail and support is non- existent. The first-line support is staffed by people reading from scripts incapable of understanding problems. Technical support is pleasant and knowledgeable but handicapped by a telephone system which makes it impossible to get a problem resolved.
5 ★We were having man issues with our system when we got it -- no connection from panels to cameras, no network connections, slow connection. The technician was very helpful. He reccomended we upgrade our internet. Our internet provider went over our usage and told ua we should upgrade due to all the devices we had. The alarm system works better. We still receive our notifications to our phone 1-3 minutes late, which is a bit of a bummer.
