Designed for on-site Installers, MobileTech helps you install and troubleshoot Alarm.com security systems. MobileTech includes essential tools that help to increase installation accuracy, decrease installation time, and reduce the need to call technical support.

Note: For customer privacy, some features are only available while an installer is physically on site. Also, only features corresponding with the Alarm.com Dealer Website login's permissions can be accessed.

1 ★Unnecessary, time consuming, so frustrating and not needed!

3 ★When in the app as if recent if you go to the Linked Log in page a chose a site from the list of Multi Family sites the app goes to load the page and all you get is a BLANK white screen. App is up to date but still having this issue.

2 ★Really dissatisfied with the new remote toolkit. The original was perfect. Don't fix something that's not broken.

3 ★I love this all, but in recent months I've been seeing the app take longer and longer to load.

1 ★This app is absolute garbage and never works. It takes 20 minutes to do one thing because all the app does is lock up. It's unfortunate that I am forced to give it a single star. JUNK!!!

1 ★Garbage. I Hate that I have to use it so much. Nothing works right. I especially love when I have to force close it because clicking links no longer does anything at all.

1 ★The recent update is full of absolutely unnecessary changes that don't provide any actual benefit. The app is slower, more glitchy, and more confusing to navigate. An example being the different sections of a customer profile that load individually (each with its own personal loading animation, which causes the buttons to physically move positions on the screen when they come and go) only to have some of those sections load a second time for no reason. Revert, and go back to the drawing board.

1 ★Just so bad. I truly thought ADC couldn't get any worse. But I was wrong! This new update moves everything for no reason and hides important features. It's so, so much worse!
