1 ★So back to the doorbell camera not letting you watch it live. Was told it keeps disconnecting from WIFI. I upgraded my wifi. Told that I needed an wifi extender, purchased one and it still doesn't work. It's the cameras which I just replaced not even a few months ago or the app.i want out of my contact since I can't even use my services!!
2 ★This system is working like its supposed to. It was fine until three weeks ago. I am definitely calling the company. And if they can't fix it then I am moving on to a better alarm system.
5 ★Fantastic app,I've often forgotten to turn alarm on, instead of going back ,just use the app.It shows you all doors etc and times,it's fantastic.
1 ★I would give this company and this app a0, I switched my current alarm system to this company in December with it being activated at the end of my contract with the other company so it started in March or April I sold my house in May and they are telling me that I am in contract until 2026 and when will continue to pay my monthly bill until then and there's no way out. Do not I repeat do not ever use this company or any subsidiary of it
2 ★I absolutely hate when you can't get customer service especially when equipment is not working properly... I think I'm canceling at the end of my contract... my panel is blurry with double screen so how can you be safe if the equipment is not working properly
3 ★The Highlights section was better when it would include video clips but it stopped showing those. Instead it shows unnecessary stuff... Like hallway motion when the alarm is at Alarm Stay... It also only alerts me to motion for the doorbell camera but not for a second camera.
3 ★How to set timer on light? I lately installed GE Z-Wave Plus 40-Amp Indoor/Outdoor Metal Box Smart Switch For parking lot. I can turn it on/off through this app but I don't see any option to set a timer. Need help please
1 ★I can't even download the app to use it after Uninstalling it due to error message it will now not reinstall to my phone. Therefore I can see a thing with my alarm system going on 4 days now.
3 ★Very limited. Only reason to keep it is because it's free for the next couple years. Aside from that, I don't feel very secure at all, nor do I see many options allowed for upgrade or improvement. Overall the customer is left out in the cold. This is my true opinion, plz do not delete this review. Ps, the infrared night vision feature only works when it wants to. Not when it needs to. This is an honest, not biased review of this system. This system is in desperate need of upgrades.
2 ★When the doorbell is pushed the app doesn't work at all when you want to see who's at the door.. it's so frustrating and annoying .. this feature shouldn't be in the app if we can use it.. smh
4 ★My husband and I enjoy this app. We currently only use it for lights and fans and it works beautifully! I use it often when putting my small children to bed. When will you be adding a dark mode?
4 ★It is a little slow connecting to the doorbell video. Please add a select all option for deleting videos, it's a pain deleting them individually.
