MI AUTOGESTIÓN (MIA) es la aplicación desarrollada por la Subsecretaría de Gestión de Recursos Humanos del Ministerio de Hacienda y Finanzas del Gobierno de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, creada para agilizar el proceso de solicitud y gestión de las licencias.Esta aplicación te brinda la posibilidad de:
• notificar ausencias y solicitar licencias,
• realizar el seguimiento del estado de tu solicitud,
• ver tu historial de licencias,
• registrar y actualizar tus datos personales.
Beneficios:
· Efectividad: Ya no tendrá que justificar todas sus licencias médicas de manera presencial o esperar que un médico que concurra a su domicilio. El/la empleado/a podrá solicitar la licencia simplemente subiendo una foto del certificado médico y cargando la información que allí colocó el/la médico/a tratante. La justificación presencial será la excepción y el turno podrá solicitarlo directamente en la aplicación.
· Agilidad: Podrá presentar documentación a la DGAMT de forma remota, sin necesidad de ir en persona.
· Comodidad: Podrá solicitar licencias desde el dispositivo que elija (celular, computadora o Tablet).
· Adaptabilidad: En caso de tener que justificar alguna de manera presencial, se lo/la podrá citar en el CEMET más cercano al domicilio declarado.
· Trazabilidad: Verá el estado de tramitación de su licencia en tiempo real.
· Dinamismo: Todos los circuitos serán más cortos, expeditivos y estarán integrados.
· Asistencia: Tendrá a disposición una mesa de ayuda, para el caso de tener algún inconveniente en la carga.
· Autonomía: La tramitación de licencias dependerá de sí mismo/a y podrá revisar su historial.
