1 ★Horrible, spent 5 hours on an image, the app crashes and refuses to open the image. And on top of the constant crashing and pushing you to pay them to access images you ALREADY made, the ads now cover almost the entire canvas. If i had ANY better options I would drop this app like a hot rock. It isn't worth it to be extorted constantly for my OWN artwork. You need to change the slogan from draw anywhere anytime to draw anywhere if you're willing to pay the fees that keep going up.
4 ★I think this app is great, but there are devastating issues. I haven't had as many experiences with this as other reviews, but every once in a while, the app will crash, losing any work you didn't have saved. Plus, I've been having trouble saving and exiting a work recently. Sometimes, it will take a lot longer to save than usual, and I have to wait, or I'll lose all of my progress. And for some weeks now, the exit button won't work for me - I have to close the app to work on another drawing.
1 ★I've used this app for three years. It's my preferred drawing application. However, every update seems to only add a new place for an advertisement and never fixes the crashing issue when the app tries to back up. I've had this app crash four separate times, loosing so much work and the crash seems to delete bits of previous saves as well. Once I finished my current wips, I'm finding an alternative because this is unbearable.
1 ★Been using this app for awhile, I paid for premium for a bit to rid the ads but going back to the free version has been very disappointing. I could manage with the ads after saving, though it was annoying, but now they pop up over the top of my piece while I'm drawing. The ads have just become more and more intrusive to the point its become a chore to want to even open the app or browse my old pieces.
1 ★Been using this app for 8 years now but never rated it before. I'm Glad I saved my opinion for when I did cause I could have never predicted that this app would become ad central. Art on the go used to be so simple, but now its just a hassle to try if a whole ad pops over the entire canvas. And saving and exiting the canvas makes me just want to close the app cause these adds simply aren't worth it. I shall cherish the years that this app was usable, but in its current state I would not so much.
1 ★UPDATED TO 1 STAR INSTEAD OF TWO When I open the app there is so many pop ups and some have timers that make it so you can't close the ad for a minute and it covers HALF the screen! I can NOT reccomend this program at all anymore it is basically unusable!! Used to be a great free art program but there's so many pop up ads now it's barely usable.
1 ★I used to rate this app 5 stars, but I just had an ad pop up while I was drawing. That alone renders the app unusable. The ad was also playing music I couldn't turn off. I get that you need ads to make money. Play it before I draw. Not while I'm drawing. I'll put it back to 5 once it's resolved.
1 ★Medibang stop overloading your app with ads challenge (seriously though there are so many ads all the time that it just crashes constantly and I end up losing hours of work) sometimes ads will just open from you trying to close them or even just for no reason. When I finish all my wips I'm just going to uninstall this garbage app and switch back to ibis paint
2 ★I've been using this app for a few years now, but I hardly ever want to use it anymore because of the ads everywhere. There's an ad every other time you save and I could ignore that, but now there's ads that cover the canvas as well as constant ads at the top of the screen you can't get rid of, and to me that's kind of excessive I guess.
2 ★This has been the only drawing app I've used since 2017 as it was very straightforward and easy to use. These last few years there have been constant ads which I have been redirected to the websites for countless times, at one point it seemed like a walmart ad had been adding items to my cart and lagging out my phone. This app often crashes as well, not even saving much of a backup for my drawings.
1 ★it's a great art app! one of the best! but, it has so many little bugs, a huge one is in the middle of a drawing I tried to save after working for hours. it crashed and I had to restart all over. -.__-. also, when I zoom out it glitches and blacks out the whole screen for a few seconds, when i try to do the gradiant tool it almost crashes, this may not be the apps fault, but these are a few major glitches that continue to happen in the middle of work for me,please fix these if possible
1 ★Used to love this app, but now it's flooded with ads. Multiple open each time I load a canvas. Some won't close no matter what I do. A new ad loads every time I save, load, go to gallery, export....it's infuriating. Then there is the lag I didn't have before, and the crashes. I think I'll export my gallery and uninstall.
