Kelurahan Cerdas App (KCA) adalah salah satu batu bangunan e-governance untuk membangun kota cerdas (smart city). Dengan adanya Kelurahan Cerdas berbasis mobile apps, masyarakat dapat mengurus KTP menggunakan smartphone / tablet PC mereka dan tidak perlu beberapa kali datang ke kelurahan. Kelurahan Cerdas App ini adalah versi 1.0 untuk platform Android dan akan terus dikembangkan sesuai prosedur dan aturan standar dari kelurahan.
