2 ★Have updated just today (Aug 16th 2019, AU time), Saying my account has wrong details? Tried it over 10 times to add a nrw frequent flyer account. Even the security questions answered. (I hate how date is american format Year-Month-Day. What is going on? Details work on official account app and website. Also travel history shows I travelled to a country I've never even been to (past travel!)
2 ★Not particularly useful. I've used it on three flights now, and for each I've had to manually update the gate and operating aircraft having looked on the screens and out of the window. The information (classes, facilities) is also incorrect. Not sure how this is supposed to save me any time?
5 ★In terms of flight apps, App in the Air is right at the top of the class. The layout is well organized and in the order you would expect when taking a flight. It's comprehensive without being complex. Highly recommended.
1 ★Update: Alex, test your app, please. Its one and only screen asks for Google login and full access to emails. No way to yo get past that screen without granting access. No skip button or anything. // Won't do anything at all unless I give it full access to my Google account, including emails.

5 ★Amazing app. Lets you see all your frequent flyer programs summaries in one wallet. Just would like to add a trip by inserting the booking reference number instead of adding all times and dates manually. Sync with emails works well if the confirmations are not in PDF.
1 ★Nothing Gained - This app appears to do no more than TripIt which seems to me to be more intuitive. I'll stick with TripIt and drop this one. TripIt seems to do the same (at a better annual cost) and so there is a duplication of information and services. Nothing wrong with the app but I have all it offers alteraively.
5 ★Loving the app! Very useful app to track and manage flights (over 100+ flights a year)! Just missing an easy way to retrieve the original time (departure/arrival). Also missing information on landing time vs. arrival at gate time.

It's incredible and one of a kind allowing me to see all my flight statistics on one intuitive and modern app. Love seeing the airlines, aircraft and countries I have flown to along with graphs of flight hours. The world map with all my flights is incredible to look at, and it is wonderful to remember all the places and memories I have. All the new features added to the app including boarding pass scanning and note taking are so incredibly useful. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
5 ★Great app! Very useful if you're new to flying. Personally the app just made it easier to keep track when was what and which gate to go to. This app basically held my hand throughout my entire trip.
1 ★I had to redownload the app because it kept crushing and now I've lost all my flights. I can only see past 24 flights out of nearly 100 flights I've been on. Very disappointing Edit: App in the air offered help via email but then stopped responding so I'm still not able to get back my lost flights.
5 ★Great app! I'm using it for a year. I have now a new android phone and I don't know how to import the previous flights on my new phone. Any ideas? Edit: I got it working. Just an issue with my account and patience.
