1 ★Looking for a good app to fly, look somewhere else they will charge fee after fee. In the end it would be better to reserve from the airline company.
2 ★awesome prices, but I can't get any points to work, I've booked flights, I've done everything to get the small extra points, I've referred a friend. love the app etc, but I really am getting irritated about these points not working at all, and can't get any help with support about it so far.
1 ★Bought a $511 ticket. They ended up charging more for the ticket and an extra $156 "exchange fee" will not go through this site again. Charged $973 in total.
2 ★It's always good when the airline doesn't change its itinerary. Once it changes and you decide not to proceed with the journey the company tend to delay your refund. It's over a month and I haven't received my money though they keep saying they are processing the refund. The airline already confirmed that they refunded the agency while the agency keep on blaming the airline. This is kind of unfair to be honest. Cheapoair I need my money back.
1 ★the worst experience I've ever had as far as booking, confirmation, and check in. messed up my name on reservation, then was forced to miss my plane because they didn't want to fix it. Had to disappoint my children whom I haven't seen in a long time because of the lack of assistance from customer support. No support from where I'm standing, which is in the window watching my flight take off without me on it.
1 ★Possible worse app to buy tickets. Beware of hidden fee. They cheated me double while I was on the phone line with them. Customer service is very long waiting to be connected. Not recommended!
1 ★Booked flight and hotel with them and the invoice clearly states airline ticket $748, total $936. That's what they charged me and at the exact same moment I got notified that Breeze Air was charging me $748 as well. So I paid for the flight twice. Very bad customer service, never again!!!

1 ★*** most of the 5* ratings seems paid reviews *** Change company name to "scammoair" instead of cheapoair. If you need changing the name in the ticket, crooks will push you for ticket cancellation instead of changing the name from their side. The airlines are ready to change the name, but the cunning team of cheapo is pushing cancellation and rebooking of the ticket.
