3 ★App does not allow me to reschedule the dates ie to postpone or to bring forward the date of journey. Also it takes a long time to update information on flight delays. If a flight is delayed or cancelled by Airfrance and they have booked you through another airline, no further information will be made available to you from the changed new airline for several hours. You are then at the complete mercy of the counter staff of the other airline. It is a very traumatic experience.
1 ★Tried to make a booking. My credit card requires that I enter a code that I receive via SMS to execute the payment. Many times I can copy the code from the banner, in this case I can't. So I must switch apps to read the sms code. When I switch back to the airfrance app to insert the code to confirm the payment the app consistently takes me back to the previous screen meaning I am not able to take insert the code anymore but only ask for a new one. I'm locked in a loop with no end.
2 ★kind of welll designed but there is a clear lack of importance given to the app for the check-in function. My flight is in less than 30 hours and I keep receiving an error message telling me to check-in at the airport rather than using the app. The only reason I use the flight companies' application is for the check-in function. If this one doesn't work as it should, then it's kinda pointless for me to use the app.

1 ★It doesn't shoe the seating number if the departure time of the plane passes. So once you are on board, you might not know where to sit. On connecting flight, it shows aa not checked in for the connecting flights and refuses to display the boarding pass. You go to your email and use the one there. :/
1 ★This app is supposed to make life easy. But the passport scanner doesn't work, it refuses to save information that it asks me for and constantly gives me error messages with advice to come back later. Absolutely no point to it at all.
1 ★UPDATE: For everyone having this issue, I had to uninstall, then reinstall and use my Flying Blue number for login. Once I did that, it's correctly updated. (BEFORE: App can no longer update since the last "update for bug fixes." Useless app now as it shows old flights as still upcoming and doesn't reflect a correct XP balance)
3 ★Yikes. This app is difficult to navigate, and half the time doesn't work. There is a scan option to download your passport in advance to facilitate customs. It just doesn't work! I have had two different friends try this as well. The scanner just doesn't take a pic and it is extremely frustrating.
3 ★----- update---------- maybe it's the new captcha option but if you loggoff and loggon in the app all reservations are there... -------------------------- the app works well when it wants... it's all in one and tickets, boarding pass all is there..some concurrent cannot get your boarding pass without manual action But.... But it's 2 months it doesnot update.... Why ???
1 ★Terrible app. When I installed it and logged on, it showed my historical travel details. It also showed details of my passport which had expired. When I tried to update my passport details, the app said my passport number was wrong, and that it should be between 1 and 20 characters. But number I entered had 9 characters. The app eventually crashed.
1 ★Everytime I land in CDG the APP signs off automatically which is extremely annoying and when I try to sign in I get a useless error message saying "an error has occurred during the process of your request" and I cannot sign in. The programmers of this APP should be sent to a training camp on user experience along with the person responsible for approving this APP. Worse user experience and APP functionality. Shameful to see this in 2019 for what the company charges per airplane tickets. 2020same
1 ★Taking flights from Europe to US with connecting flights. The boarding pass shows up only for the 1st flight, the connecting ones have "error messages" .. very annoying, especially when the steward does not want to let you in the plane! Eventually I managed to print the boarding pass...
