How to install MySafaricom APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download MySafaricom APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.safaricom.mysafaricom-v1.24.0.3-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

5 ★Very easy to navigate and has made it so much easy to send, withdraw and pay bills via mpesa. You can even read your favourite newspaper on the app once you subscribe. It's just perfect!
4 ★Quick and appropriate feedback. But you need to check on advancing your backend coz some issues are never addressed on the UI. eg. Make it easy to unsubscribe from promotional materials from the application.
3 ★Whenever i attempt to make a transfer, it asks me to wait for the prompt to enter PIN then it goes back to home page without completing the transaction. Please work on that to get a 5* from me.
5 ★The fact that I can use the new my safaricom app even without Mobile data is what does well for me. The fact that I can pay for safaricom home fibre packages from the comfort of my home via the app still serves Best. It's such a great app.
1 ★Worse interphase compared to the previous one. Mpesa names in the other one are three, this one only displays two. I wonder why they forced us to upgrade to something that doesn't look appealing to the eye unlike the other one. Let me know how I can remove my 5* rating I added when installing little did I know what I was to find there :( I wish I read the reviews here before commenting
5 ★This app is so easy to use as it has made it easy for me to pay bills which was kind of difficult and hard some days before I downloaded it After all I can now purchase airtime anytime anywhere.
5 ★I like that I can literally do everything on the app. Make payments, send money, Safaricom to Safaricom and to other networks as well, access promotions and even the news! The convinience is unheard of!
2 ★Compared to the previous app, this upgrade is actually a downgrade. 1. It keeps hanging, for some reason, you can hardly complete a transaction without restarting the app. 2. Very difficult to find critical information like saved bills, etc 3. Unfriendly and complicated layout. I don't like it at all.
1 ★Use of the app was good while it lasted. Now I only get error message when trying to transact. Back to the toolkit and the stress of checking and double checking the numbers I have to send to.n
1 ★Works great mostly! However, it doesn't work as well when roaming. It keeps prompting to re-authenticate the SIM which is not practical when roaming where the primary data sim is not the Safaricom SIM and where data is on WiFi most times. The prior app was not bothering with this so this is a huge problem and a step back for me. Gone back to SIM toolkit for now :(

Zuri out here helping you out with all your queries of the day. Mpesa at your finger tips. You can manage mpesa bills and get statement and also see how you be spending your money at a touch of a screen. Super impressive. Adverts for the Safaricom accessories and all that also running simultaneously. The app is gold. Five star ⭐ from me. 👌
