3 ★The app is generally good. The only issue is to register customers whosedate of birth is between 1 & 10, month between Jan &sep. Since for I'd DOB02-04-1983.. APP capture 2-4-1983. The error SMS is capture the DOB as itappears on the ID. This is locking out new customers. Kindly improve onthis.

5 ★Infact it has many challenges, when taking customer photo,but It said no face detected, but this is due to network. It is the best ever. Well done safaricom for going Digital.
