1 ★APP will not connect via Bluetooth between phone and Alpha+ Pool Cleaner. Running App on Samsung S21+ phone. Both App and phone are updated to latest versions. It work for about a month then dropped wifi connection to home and will not reconnect thus need to setup again using phone and Bluetooth. MOST FRASTRATING PART IS THAT I HAVE CONTACTED COMPANY THREE TIMES AND NO REPLY. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH!!! CAN YOU FIX THE APP OR CONTACT ME FOR A REFUND!
3 ★App needs a lot of work, still feels like I'm using a PDA, feels outdated. Need to support portrait mode, you have to hold your phone sideways to use the web interface who's is mostly what I use since all the features aren't available with the standard. Lots of spinning circles,v waiting to connect, v app freezes, I often have to force close and reload. Some pages you cannot leave, example of you are editing a schedule you must hit save it cancel it it will lock up.
1 ★Very outdated, I attempted to update, but it will not work. It also only cycles through 4 colors and gets stuck on white and blue. I have not been able to access red. Will there be an update where the consumer can select the color without having to turn the lights on and off?
3 ★I like it but it's, really dated. The app looks nice until you select the "web" view. That's when everything starts going down heel from there. WHY is there a "web" view, why can't you just to the web portion from the main app side? it looks way better!
3 ★this app does not always work. constantly have to restart, lot of errors!!!! they need to update or upgrade the antenna. I bet that would take care of most of the problem. also give us more options for the light shows.
4 ★Not as user friendly as thought. Customer service did help me with a time out for the spa so I do not leave it on all night. Still not as simple as what my friend has. I wish the screen was larger when on the web on cell phone.
2 ★Why can't I choose custom light colors when I have led lights?? Also I can't change the colors at all anymore. App only turns them on and off. No color options. Wasn't like that a few months ago
1 ★When I try to open the app, it tells me to get the update. I go to the play store, and there is no update. App will not let me in until I get the update, which is nonexistent. Help! This happens with Android only.
1 ★CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE. Constant connectivity issues. Very slow to update pool settings. And very disappointed with the color settings for the LED lights - very limited color selection (no red even though there is a red bulb). UPDATE: Another issue - the salt reading from the chlorinator does not work. It reads 3000 ppm no matter how much salt we add. I have tried calling customer service and have not gotten through to a representative.
3 ★We used to have the iqpump and the app was great; simple to set pump schedule, rpm, times. Unfortunately, the RS product removes the awesome UX for managing the pool pump and you're left with a convoluted web console interface. The RS area of the app makes managing the heater temp, lights, and fountain possible, but, anything beyond that requires the web console. Want to schedule your heater to not run at night? Want to schedule your lights to go on? Good luck.
1 ★Just had $120k pool built and this system installed. I requested and paid alot to be able to control everything via my phone. This app is a joke. Like most have stated you have a "web" button to push that takes you to a decade or more old system. Why can't you pay a good developer to develop a regular state of the art app like most everything else we as humans control over our phones? I mean its not that hard. This is just ridiculous. Develop a new app!
1 ★App not connecting to robot. Needs patch ASAP!!! Response to reply: So the representative said that the app dev team is working on a patch for the App because an update to Android OS does not allow your app to connect to a robot. She suggested that I borrow an apple phone, find a phone running an older version of android and ask to borrow that or wait for the patch that was being worked on as we spoke. I paid $1700 dollars for a robot I can only manually control and not schedule?
