1 ★Good shows but awful app. It doesn't remember your progress in series. The watchlist feature is unreliable. Continue watching doesn't work and it puts subtitles on in random languages with no logic. I thought the HBO Go app was annoying but this is worse. Learn from Netflix - that's how to make a streaming app.
1 ★At first, I really like it. I watched many serial television. But why now I get error code DR 1100? I don't get it because the app runs well before and now it is like a trash! Please fix it!
2 ★The is a whole bunch of Disney movies out there. But sadly only a few been selected. Like toy story 1,2,3. So less shows compared to Netflix. Also just make the login simple as Netflix. No need to over do it.. using TAC code or some sort. Just simple password is enough.
1 ★Until you allow us to watch on TV my rating still stay the same. Why you should limited your apps by not allow it connected through HDMI cable while almost all android box device need HDMI cable to connect to TV. Not everyone have extra money to buy another smartTV when economic is this bad and current TV is still good as new ?!!
3 ★Fix the low volume on movies with english language, even if I set my phone volume to the loudest still it sounds a little bit quiet. It's strange when the audio is in english the sound is too low, but when I switch audio to Indonesian, it sounds normal. Add an option equalize the loudness.
2 ★For some reason I've been logged out and now I can't login again as no matter how many times I have requested the 4 digit code it's not being sent to me. I'm using correct number and have signal. it should not be this difficult to login, why jse only phone number as login option?
3 ★Such the terrible quality video and audio!!! i dnt even know wht kind of format also. Its not even 1080p or 4K and no HDR. Such a shame. So grainy, too much noise or flicker or fuzzy!! i dnt know. Take the technical issue seriously please. I wnt the best quality for stream.
2 ★The apps is not user friendly . The downloded video can't watch offline and keep buffering. The malay sub is so ridiculous. You can't just literally translate all the words they said. There's different nuance in each language. The problem is there's no English sub option. Hope you can improve it. Thank you

3 ★Error DR-1100. I still can stream video in afternoon and at night, when I want to stream, this error DR-1100 was on screen, and I was unable to stream the video. Please advise how to fix this. I am using astro subscription.
1 ★Audio keep getting out of sync with the video. I have to adjust the slider back a few times. The higher you set the video quality the worst this problem get.
1 ★After an update today, I can't watch anything due to error code DR- 1100. Please fix it ASAP. Btw, I have left 11 months subscription, so subscription is not the issue
