2 ★OSN streaming application is way below the level of the must, because of the below : 1- The continue watching always wrong. 2- " My list " not working sometimes. 3- There's no button to go to all episodes therefore User can't change to another episode. 4- Subtitles settings must be saved, it keeps resetting to defaults every time!!!
1 ★I have never seen a company waste such amazing content on such a terrible app. Everything about the user interface is bad. It keeps signing you out for no reason, the layout of shows and movies is not intuitive, and the latest update is buggy. Not only that, but with the latest update they asked me to change my password and completely deleted my watch history and favorites. Not worth the content.
1 ★Today I was forced to update my TV app and everything went wrong: - My remote buttons aren't working. Pause, play, and the navigation is non-existent. - The black background is gone, which for my TV means that I'm bombarded with white light when navigating the app. - The language and audio settings can't be saved and the navigation with the remote is really bad. - The skip intro, play next episode is not remote friendly. - The app doesn't remember which episode I watched. I hope you fix it soon
1 ★After the update it keeps quitting. It takes five (more) times to finish a movie, each time you come back, you must find the movie and where you left off. Frustrating. I read other comments, all true. Expecting another update where the so many issues are fixed, or better go back to the previois version until you test and pass the new version. 1 ★Do not fall in the trap of free trial for this app. They will capture your card details and then do not let you cancel the subscription. On the app, there is no cancellation option and on website, it only pops an error while trying to cancel. Worst customer support!! I raised this issue with them and they confirmed the subscription will be cancelled after the trial period, however I am surprised to see a subscription fee charged to my credit card. I want a refund!!!
1 ★Attention By subscribing to their free trial, they will automatically charge you later. How basically, by your phone number. So they're y asking for credit information, but it will come in to your phone bill. The app itself is not bad, it's just the movies and the shows are outdated or these low budget. They fool me this time.
3 ★App has improved a lot with regards to look and features (such as adding shows to favorites finally) and the error I got when I first updated the app went after I deleted the cache and data of the app. It's still missing live channels as well as basic features such as double tap to forward/rewind, streaming quality selection, picture-in-picture, etc. Once live channels are added back I'll change my review to 4 stars.
1 ★A huge step back after latest update, especially on Android tv. All watching history is gone, along with the My list feature, both the ones that were saved and the ability to save future content all together. Also during playback, the top and bottom quarters of tv screen are darkened, even after the playback controls and title fade. Playback progress also not saved! Very good selection of shows and movies, however terrible at delivering the service, and only going downhill apparently. SHAME !
1 ★The content is really good but the android tv app is a torture experience for watching anything. It’s not saving the progress of what have been seen, the subtitle settings needs to adjusted every time, there’s a black shading on the top and bottom of the screen which makes any attempt to watch any show as awful as it gets, the tap for my list is missing and there’s no option of course to add anything to favorite because of that. Please get all of that working ASAP!
3 ★The application after the update is looking so good and have an easy and modern look, but performance wise is not great it have many problems and bug that need to be fixed. the first problem I have faced is the UI, it seems that the GUI is very heavy. The second thing is saving my option for the translation, it never save my options.
1 ★Ever since all users had to update the app and update their credentials to log in forcefully, we've been having troubles playing content intermittently. At times the app would freeze in the middle of playing, other times it would say "limit reached" when nobody else is using the app. Rubbish app and rubbish quality control. Seriously looking into cancelling and going back to Netflix.
1 ★the white background is too bright and blinding when using the app on tv or on phone. use a dark color like netflix or jawwy. app is too slow. subtitle doesn't work for the last three episodes of discovery of witches show and some other shows. I cannot add shows to my list for watching later. I cant start a show where I left. there are many shows with the last season only. either add a complete show either remove it
