3 ★When it comes to movies and tv shows the app offers, it is no doubt very good indeed on my opinion( I myself appreciate and love asian movies and shows). The only reason why I don't give 5 star is the platform itself, I have been using it long time and encountered many issues thus needing a lot more of improvement, like literally speaking. Customer care only responded to me once, they did not return any help for me the second time I message them, it's been almost a week now. So dissappointed.
1 ★I regret after updating the apps into the latest version. My subscription and watchlist disappear. The UI/UX of older version way better than this, why should you change the UI/UX as same as WeTV? If you're gonna make it that way, just blend the two apps! Please bring back the older version, my watchlist also my subscription (which should be active until September 2021)
1 ★Its perfect before. But lately it become annoying. coz anytime i did not finish watching and wanna continue watching , it would skip to the next episode. Please do something. I hate it when i try to play again, it would skip. How can i watch the whole story? and now, after updated , i dont understand why the ads keep bothering me. even i pause the movie in 10 sec . this is the worst.
1 ★Options are very little. Couldn't find the ones I wanna watch. Also, the on-going dramas are not updated with the latest episodes. 붑의세계 (World of the Married Couple) for instance is on its 14th episode this week but the episode on the list is still on the 4th ep. Furthermore, ads keep on coming. I'm using earphones when I watch and when an ad appears, it startles me; it's louder than the one I'm watching.
4 ★awesome app, i love it, its really good. however there still is room for improvement. because whenever i download it, it says avaliable for 30 days and then after i watch it, it says avaliable for only 2 days. also I couldn't find the latest episodes of arrow on it, only the 6th season. also I couldn't find some TV shows like supergirl or legends of tomorrow. so if you could fix that it would be awesome. keep up the good work. it's a great app.
5 ★your app is too heavy,the quality adjustment should specify what quality do you want.. bec. when you turn it to highest possible quality it eats more data. too many ads.. atleast give two ads per movie..and don't repeat the ads.. always repeating ads sucks to watch. and the rotation of the screen please fix it cannot be flip it is locked..this app is better than anyone else.please notice. thank you guys..
4 ★There is still a room for improvement but nevertheless they read feedbacks and improves the app. If you have problems with the app, they listen to you. It's a good app. I just wanted to suggest if you could possibly add a pause feature when downloading? There are times when I wanted to pause my downloads but instead have to delete them.
1 ★Sorry for interruption, the app worked out good at first, I've got to use the 60 days free VIP pass when I first use it. Despite all the positive things I've got, there's a little problem here. The app demands me money even though I did not register for neither any VIP plans nor the trial. It's still demanding money from me until now. I tried to cancel it by sending "STOP IFLIX" to the number but it keeps on saying "the subscription does not exist". I'm hoping for some help, thank you very much.
1 ★It was actually good, you can watch different movies and series. I like the video quality too. But now, I don't know what happened to iflix. We can't watch anything on our samsung tv. It always says "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your internet connection!" like, we've tried everything, reboot the tv, update the software, our internet's fine too. It's just iflix. Is it because It's now under WeTV?
3 ★i really like the movies.. but sometimes im unable to download.. it says to clear up some space in my downloads while i havent downloaded anything yet.. really sucks tho. hope you guys fix this.. and the app uses way too much data..but freaking slow.. even youtube is faster and better, you could watch hours of youtube compare to iflix that uses too much data.. hope you guys fix this.
2 ★Its somehow 'painful' to sync with my phone's app and tv's app (Samsung Smart TV 4K series 6). I've watched through episode 8 but when I tried to continue watch, it got back to episode 5 (partially watched, but 6, 7, 8 were fully watched). Could you even add a button 'Mark as watched' to skip and mark episode(s) so the next time you continue to watch, it will skip the marked ones but jump to the last watched.
5 ★I really like this app. I didn't find any problem about any episode showing scenes that wasn't shown from the previous episodes because it was the so-called "TWIST" of the story. As a viewer, one must be ready for it. This usually happens not just in one film but most of the films has that "twist". It depends on the viewer on how to cope with the story by understanding what that "twist" was related to any characters or flow of the movie or series. Keep up the good job iflix team.
