1 ★Probably the worst travel booking service for corporate clients EVER. It feels like a beta version of a school project: - you cannot just make changes to your reservations - every time you need to cancel the exisitng reservation/booking and then start a new one from scratch, which means you need to get it approved AGAIN - the system offers you about 60 confusing options to book the very same room and you have to figure out which one is good for you - it's far from being obvious - app is glitchy
1 ★Horrible app!!!! Asks for updates every time you open it. Kicks you out of the app every month. Annoying as hell.
2 ★Makes expenses unnecessarily difficult. Despite the tax (GST) being visible on receipts Navan forces you to navigate multiple screens to manually add it in. Every. Single. Expense.
1 ★Supposed to make work travel more convenient, but I can't even get past the app's opening animation. Error: Oops! Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later. What a waste of time.
2 ★The only place to upload PDF receipts was their website. Now they force you to use their less capable app. Good app for travel, but terrible for expensing items purchased online.
1 ★It's my 1st time using the app & I can't setup a login due to it failing. Not a good 1st empression for me. When I nneded the app to work for my business trip it wasn't working. I used another app that working just how I needed it to work. Maybe I'll give the app another in the future
1 ★Change of brand has led to a buggy app. The app frequently crashes on the opening animation (which was never an issue under the trip actions branding) and have other bugs in the interface (eg downloading receipts also causes crashes...pretty important on a corporate travel app). I feel pretty much forced to use the desktop app and my calendar events.
1 ★Promising, but ultimately useless. Tried booking just a hotel, and the app created a "payment schedule" that didn't add up to the total price shown below it. I tried using their chat system to ask about this, but it frequently caused the app to crash. Used a computer instead, then got half the conversation echoed back to the 'phone and offers to book the hotel for me, but in the wrong currency. Gave up and booked direct. (At considerably lower cost, I should add!)
3 ★Giving this 3 stars because the convenience is great, reimbursements are easy and quick, but the Agent Chat is excruciating. Every agent seems to have different advice and I've been told twice, for two separate bookings, that I'd need to cancel my proposal and submit a new one, which was not the case. Waiting times between replies are long, often only to be told they can't help me.
1 ★This company is awful. They allowed me to book a hotel that somehow doesn't exist. I've been on hold for 6+ hours with no resolution. Never use them to book your travel. Customer service is atrocious
1 ★Super duper unfriendly apps! Don't use this service, it's so confusing when you book hotel and flights - You cannot check-in the flight like usual, and the apps or email just lead you to irrelevant website that makes you unable to check-in in, then you'll end up have to be at the airport super early than usual. What a ridiculous service that make your business travel so miserable.
3 ★Lots of improvements since i stopped using the app a couple of years ago. Thanks for making business travel easier
