Description

Get to a healthier and more active life with the new Google Fit!

It's hard to know how much or what kind of activity you need to stay healthy. That's why Google Fit collaborated with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Heart Association (AHA) to bring you Heart Points, an activity goal that can help improve your health.

Activities that get your heart pumping harder have tremendous health benefits for your heart and mind. You'll earn one Heart Point for each minute of moderate activity like picking up the pace when walking your dog, and double points for more intense activities like running. It takes just 30-minutes of brisk walking five days a week to reach the AHA and WHO's recommended amount of physical activity shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep, and increase overall mental wellbeing.

Google Fit will also help you:

TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS FROM YOUR PHONE OR WATCH
Get instant insights when you exercise and see real-time stats for your runs, walks, and bike rides. Fit will use your Android phone's sensors or Wear OS by Google smartwatch's heart rate sensors to record your speed, pace, route, and more.

MONITOR YOUR GOALS
See your daily progress on your Heart Points and Steps goal. Meeting your goals all the time? Easily adjust your goals to keep challenging yourself to achieve a healthy heart and mind.

MAKE ALL YOUR MOVEMENT COUNT
If you walk, run, or bike throughout the day, your Android phone or Wear OS by Google smartwatch will automatically detect and add your activities to your Google Fit journal to ensure you get credit for every move. Want extra credit? Turn up the tempo on your walks by starting a paced walking workout and stepping to the beat. Enjoy a different type of workout? Select it from a list of activities like pilates, rowing, or spinning, and Google Fit will track all the Heart Points you earn.

CONNECT WITH YOUR FAVORITE APPS AND DEVICES
Fit can show you info from many of your favorite apps and devices to give you a holistic view of your health, so you'll never lose track of your progress. These include Lifesum, Wear OS by Google, Nike+, Runkeeper, Strava, MyFitnessPal, Basis, Sleep as Android, Withings, Xiaomi Mi bands, and more.

CHECK IN AT ANYTIME, FROM ANYWHERE
See a snapshot of your activity history across Fit and your integrated apps in the redesigned journal. Or, get the full picture in browse, where you can find all of your health and wellness data.

KEEP A FINGER ON THE PULSE OF YOUR HEALTH
Breathing is one of the simplest ways to reduce tension and relieve stress. With Fit, checking in with your breath is easy—all you need is your phone camera. As well as your respiratory rate, you can measure your heart rate to get a better understanding of your body’s wellbeing.

VIEW YOUR DAY'S STATS AT A GLANCE

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★I will be honest, I wasn't looking for a full body check app but an app which told me my distance covered and steps and it has been a great help. The design is amazing and the accuracy is pretty good too. If you are not looking for something advance and want what I want then this app if best for you.
1 ★You cannot delete just a single activity, that was missrecorded by the fitness tracker. In addition I also have problem syncing it with my fitness tracker. Also the UI is not really user friendly when facing to other apps. If it would be possible I'd given 0/5 instead of 5/5 stars.
3 ★Nike Training Club recommended I pair it to google fit account one day. I was delightrd to see that was a thing so I signed up. Sure enough it counted those 2 modules i had completed, but it never synced anything after that, no matter that I wiped cache memory etc, reinstalled both apps. Also it was supposedly synchable to my schwinn IC4 indoor bicycle, but no such option seems to exist in there. It is not compatible with my samsung galaxy watch 3 either... not sure they're to blame for that.
1 ★This app is great easy to use and syncs data to your computer but, the insights you get are minimal, the graphs you can make are limited, and there are no social features. So I cannot track my workouts against my friends or see what people have been up too. I find this extremely motivating and I don't normally want social things in apps.
2 ★Doesn't not count the workout results accurately. I have complaint about this issue for last update. Still no improvement. I wish the team takes this seriously. Try to fix the issue. And please do not provide any suggestions (from Google team) in order to fix this issue because it doesn't work.
4 ★The hearts point feature is really good. The app worked well for 2 months. Now it has suddenly stopped detecting any activity although my one plus launcher is working fine. After the reply, now the app is working fine. Counting steps and heart points as usual. It's a simple way to track the exercise progress. Especially good for lazy ones 🙂
4 ★This is a good app tracking our workouts more precise with location. We can share the same to our friends or others to know what we have worked out. But the date and time of the work out is missing while sharing to others. Google needs to update it. If this has been updated then it's a wonderful app
3 ★I love the app because it'll help me keep track of calories burned while I walk, but this past week and a half it hasn't been tracking all of my walks. Like, it'll track my walk from home to the bus stop but not the walk to work from the bus stop. I have location and tracking turned on, and I went to the help article and tried what it said to do, but it's still not tracking accurately or at all
2 ★I've been using this app for 2 years, and - until recently - it's been great. However, as of the most recent update, ALL previous daily step counts have vanished. I have no record of my step counts prior to June 11th!
2 ★I've used this app on and off for a few years and it's quite a good app. My problem is it reads a zero turn mower as a bike ride, so it gives me unearned heart points which I end up deleting but it still shows I have them. I sent feedback in app like I was asked to and never even got so much as an acknowledgement. So I will be uninstalling the app
1 ★I have to manually synce my Huawei Health app everyday (twice) for the data to be reflected here. Can only sync one day so if you forget to sync it's going to say you took 0 steps over the entire weekend. That's just for steps. Sleep data and pulse don't sync at all.
4 ★I would give this 5 stars if there was a way to see the difference in running with weight vs just running. I have a camel pack that weighs 5-3lbs throughout my run depending on the heat, and I alternate running with a 10lb weighted vest in my schedule. Otherwise, the app does what it claims to and helps me track my progress accurately and in a way that is easy to understand.
