5 ★Update February 19-the app has been fixed and life is good again Thank you The App has become very glitchy and is not tracking my food or it's just not showing up. Please fix the App. It was awesome up until today, February 17, 2025.
4 ★this app is nothing but a headache you scroll through your meals & it will try & delete food the scanner is absolutely absurd I currently can't track my meals for whatever reason I done un-installed & reinstalled for nothing to change it's frustrating that I pay for this program & they want you to use the app so bad but it's nothing but frustrating. while the app is working now it is still a frustrating app
1 ★I don't have a lot of memory/data on my phone because I'm on a limited budget. So this makes is difficult to use a lot. I liked it on my laptop. It was easier to use. Can't you have both available?!

5 ★Edit: It is now fixed and working properly. Thank you! Today my WW app stopped working. If you did an upgrade it messed everything up. Need it fixed asap.
3 ★Can't use my app now, since I started the beta. I guess there was a glitch, everyone was having problems. Working now, I still would like the calorie counter on my app, lots of people seem to have it now. Now me.
1 ★Do not sign up through Googleplay!! I accidentally signed for a core membership and wanted to change to a workshop membership, but to try to contact someone to fix it if you sign up through Googleplay is impossible. Go to the Weight Watchers website to sign up. Weight watchers does not support you if you have any issues when you sign up through Googleplay. It's disheartening and disappointing. I signed up for a years subscription and cannot attend meeting until after my subscription expires.
2 ★I've used the WW app many times over the past few years. I've found it to be more and more frustrating as it gets upgrades and new features. Typing items into the recipe builder is a pain on a cellphone keypad, getting rid of the website for this was a bad idea. Saved items or items I use the most do not populate at the top of my search list so I have to scroll to find them. The barcode scanner doesn't keep the data long enough, you have to stay paused on the item for way too long.
