1 ★Will WW EVER get it right? The app won't allow me to add a new food. I scanned the food, it said it's not in the database -- which it WAS in the beta version -- so I clicked "create new food." Did it work? NO. At first, it gave me the ability to name the food. Then it said to take a picture of the nutrition information. And then it went back to the scanner screen. So I added the bar as a "quick add," using the points that the beta app gave it. But of course quick add foods have no macros.

3 ★You have erased my tracking record twice in the last 6 months . When I try to look up foods I can't scroll the list given because the keyboard pops up every time I try to scroll. I can't get into the information on Micros. this past Friday it didn't roll over points into my weeklies.

1 ★Fix your APP!!! Every time I try to track something for the previous day, it adds it to the current days total. Then I have to go back and update every single item! HOW ANNOYING AND A TOTAL TIME SUCK! If you're trying to push your customers away your doing a GREAT JOB!

3 ★I am constantly instructed by the WW AI to go back and add something to a day I failed to update. As I'm adding items the app jumps to the current day and puts the food item there. You can try to add it ten times and it will jump forward ten times. You can remove it and start over, and it still keeps jumping to the current date. One item can be added, but don't try to recreate your day accurately or you will be screaming at the app!!😞

4 ★Twice in this last year the app was down the first time, and just this week wasn't working so I had to reinstall it of which I then had to go thru the list of answering questions as if I was a new user, though everything except my weight popped up. I understand glitches, sort of, but in this 21st century computer age and paying $23/mo, little less than 5 stars this time.

3 ★Previous day logging is frustrating! I double check all the dates before submitting and it still put the food on today's date log. I miss the website for things like this.
