Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★I can't even use the app because I keep getting an error that Uber is unable to authenticate my device. It wants me to take a picture of myself in the mirror with my phone settings showing...which is absolutely absurd. I've never seen a phone that can have the camera open while a different sçreen is showing. I don't understand what the deal is and support couldn't offer an alternative solution besides use another phone. Must be nice to have more than one phone.
1 ★U.I is terrible hard to find things Gps and maps are wrong 90% of time. It's not fun trying to pick people up and they're down the street or on other side . The way rides pop up but you're also about to drop off a customer so you can't see where you're headed or read the next drop. Messages get said 2x in a row and block maps. Navigation to destination doesn't work.
2 ★Constant spam notification and emails. With an app that is specifically designed for drivers I expect fewer useless notifications. At least divide the inbox into two sections, one for important messages and one for Doordash asking me to complete my Ride application for the 376th time. Also I don't need to "maximize my earnings" 20 times while I'm driving. Also, tapping on a request shouldn't automatically accept it when there is a specific "Accept" button to do just that.
3 ★My navigation speaks in fast forward mode. It sounds like a messed-up micky mouse. It also says it is giving me rides due to my set preference, but I never set a preference it's just stuck like that, and it is not worth driving because it keeps giving me ride 20 minutes away. When usually it's not like that The map is not the greatest, especially around exit ramps. Sometimes, it will say I accept a ride when I didn't I actually have already shut my app off.
2 ★Eats Driver app poorly functions. It's a sad example of the modern way of, focus on profit much more than the quality of the product. You can't replace anything in the app. If they order 1 of an item and the store is out, you can scan the item but, not enter the quantity. If you put zero, it says it must be atleast one. If you put one, it says that's too much. I've used almost all of the apps of this type and they all function poorly. It's a pattern, not a fluke.
5 ★I don't like how they'll stack orders for barely any pay. We're lucky if the customer tips more than $2 most times. I was picking up and one popped up, for a place right beside current pickup, but only offered $1.66 more to add an order. Which was an extra stop. Don't really care if the two customers are neighbors or the restaurants are beside each other, it's a rip off to do that to us drivers.
1 ★Cheaply thrown together app. Can't detect orientation, map is just a course tracker that needs you to drive in order to get location. UI bugs out constantly, no Android Auto. Customer support has been getting better, though. They still need to have better cancellation fees for when you drive like 30 minutes and you get $4 after the rider cancels. Lyft gives you the promised fare regardless. Update: They now just listen to customers and ban people for little to no reason. Need 0 star option.
3 ★I love the app. The flaw is how the trip amounts can be misleading or false. If the location and price pop up, the price should be the actual amount of the ride/delivery and the estimated tip separately. The customers have the option to cancel the tip before an hour after the trip. Even if the trip was perfect, the customer can fraudulent add a tip for the driver to accept and then recant the tip... To protect the driver, Uber should changed what pops up as a ride/delivery to match whats paid
1 ★This app sucks it's always freezing. It was terrible downtown chicagphone all the time. Even when there's no traffic now as ginsall, it doesn't even worked in the suburbs. It jumps around all the time it's slow. I'm telling you which way to go a jump to the next. Turn before you even turn at the first spot which is confused in the heck out of me. Wish they'd think it's faster. But they're not giving you the full details of how to get where you are going anymore. I don't know
1 ★The most dangerous app to use while driving, not only does it bombard your with orders 5 min before reaching drop off location. But it zooms out of navigation so your left clueless where to go, and after that there is this tiny tiny button you need to press to zoom back in to navigation that 95% of the time it dosent work... if I did not know any better uber is trying to kill all its drivers by causing wccidents
4 ★This has a good earning potential.. however sending multiple drivers to pick up the same order is very frustrating. You waste your gas, time, wear and tear on your car just to find out that the order has already been picked up by a different driver, even when it is not a trip alert. Scheduling yourself for opportunities just to have them canceled. Blocking your schedule for that and received no compensation is aggravating. I definitely enjoy working Uber, there are issues that need to be fixed.
3 ★Good: "Opportunities" screen, driver rewards, bonus quests. Bad: poor customer service, even as a Platinum driver. Uber still can not refund the wait time fee to the rider, even when the app gave me the wrong address. Buggy navigation; navigation does not take into account distance to the next turn. For example, the app will say "take any left turning lane" even if the next turn is immediately afterward.
