1 ★It seems that the customer service department no longer exists, and I have been informed that I will not receive a refund for my order, which was infested with roaches from the driver’s car when it was delivered that night. Unfortunately, when I disputed the charge with Amex, they got me to confirm that the order itself was correct, which meant they refused to reverse the charges. I hope sharing my experience helps with someone in the similar situation. Deleting this app for good.
1 ★The delivery driver dropped my order off at the wrong address. I searched the entire street & never found it. The photo showed my order at an unfamiliar location, and even on the map, it showed my order pin was left at a different building. I tried to contact support, but they couldn't help me because it's my "responsibility" of what happens after the order is delivered.They tried to contact the driver, but she never answered. I never received my order, and I can't even refund it.Waste of money

1 ★Robbed a disabled person. Made an account tried to pay with a card that has never been used with Uber, said the card is being used by other accounts, tried PayPal, error processing, tried gift card,they took the money value but didn't place the order and when I dared to contact "support" they told me to go f myself and locked my account
