Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★Usually get good service, but more often than not, my orders are missing items, or wrong items, or drinks spilled inside the bags. I've gotten refunds, but that doesn't help when it's late at night and you just got home from working two jobs, two 8 hour shifts and have to make food because your whole order has stuff on it you're allergic to, or because they didn't remove the sauce you don't like so the whole item is just garbage then.
2 ★There are so many things wrong with the way the business of this app is conducted, but most recently they've updated so that you now have to pay extra (on top of the delivery fee) if you want your food delivered directly to you. So basically if you'd like your food to be hot and not take forever, you have to pay more. And they don't say who the fee goes to (is it the driver? I doubt it...)
2 ★Customer service doesn't seem interested in correcting errors with the app or with their drivers. I have only been using the app for about 2 weeks, yet have had to contact customer support twice in that time. I get a standard copy and paste email response. And no resolution. They hooked me into joining the Uber Eats Pass with a promo, which I have not been able to use. After all the problems, I won't be sticking around.
3 ★It's okay. But very expensive. Restaurants charge a lot more than when using take out or even their delivery options. Many restaurants don't have things that are usually in the menu or options to order different sets of single items. Sometimes the people who deliver the food isn't careful and once I received it all being a mess. I didn't ask for a refund because it wasn't the restaurant's fault, but it was disappointing. Is there an option to rate the delivery service only?
1 ★The app lies. It tells you your ordering is being prepared even though the order is ready, but it's the app that can't find a driver. Instead of showing that they can't find a driver they blame the restaurant by showing that the order is being "prepared". I've called establishments that I order from regularly and have verified this. Shame on you uber. Complain more then two times and you get a letter saying your request refund will be disabled.
3 ★It's a great app with plenty of potential and convenience, but the customer service is in high need of some improvement. It's very difficult to report issues and appropriately get them resolved. In a sense you're basically out of money for the things your didn't receive on your order and they barely even try to compensate. I understand that there are plenty of people that may have taken advantage of this company but they punish the masses for the mistakes of a few and that's just not okay.
1 ★Raised delivery fees to almost $20+, it varies from restaurant to restaurant, but this is now a common occurance. Charging double the price of my order to cancel when it hasn't updated in nearly an hour, still says prepping. Food and drink have been delivered open, no safety seal. And helpful hint you get charged for refunds if food is missing, but the charges won't show up until a week later. No option to contact the company in app.
3 ★I like the idea of this service but with all the fees it's way too expensive. I order from here 4 to 5 days a week and I am going to stop as of tomorrow because it's dumb to pay almost $20 for a number 2 from McDonald's. Theor rewards program is the worst I have ever been a part of. This company could do way better from the volu.e of people that would use it if it was cheaper
1 ★Did not let me redeem my promo code, even though it kept emailing and bugging me to take advantage of the free 30,00 meal, and even though I tried three days in a row to order a meal and use the promo code to pay for my meal, it wouldn't go through and the deal ended up expiring and I ended up paying for a voucher to cover delivery of a couple of meals for nothing! Why offer a promotion if you're not going to honor it!
2 ★The app was easy enough to find the food that I wanted to order but became extremely frustrating when it came to trying to pay for the meal. I couldn't get it to accept Google pay or my debit card. I became so frustrated with the mobile app I almost went to grubhub. In the end I ended up using the Uber Eats website. Disappointed.
3 ★Very disappointed. Sometimes their drivers are rude or you have to find them. Other times you get really bad food but if you complain they might call you a liar. I only complain when not edible or missing items. I don't complain if food is smashed or such because if it tastes good we will still eat it. They think everyone just wants money. I'd rather have the food I ordered and not have to leave for a replacement. Maybe you should talk to customers more. No more
1 ★Honestly, if there's bugs, delivery is unavailable, whatever the hell the case could possibly be, the very least they could do is offer some explanation. Instead of attempting to order from a ton of small restaurants and having everything run smoothing right up untill "place order". No clue why it won't go through. Within 5 seconds of going onto GrubHub, in the search suggestions it immediately let me know which places were closed.
