Description
Service UpdateUnfortunately, we aren’t able to extend the beta trial of TELUS Extend due to a recent CRTC ruling that asks us to ensure it has 911 availability. This is not technically possible in the short timeframe given by the CRTC, so as a result we will be shutting down the service by Dec. 30, 2016. We strongly advise that you save a copy of your messages before that time. As an alternative to Extend, other 3rd party Wi-Fi calling services are available – however, it should be noted that these services do not have 911 availability, either.
