พระธรรมวิสุทธิมงคล (บัว ญาณสัมปันโน) เป็นพระภิกษุนักวิปัสสนากรรมฐานในศาสนาพุทธนิกายเถรวาท คณะธรรมยุติกนิกาย ชาวจังหวัดอุดรธานี และเป็นเจ้าอาวาสวัดเกษรศีลคุณ (วัดป่าบ้านตาด) องค์แรก ท่านเป็นหนึ่งในศิษย์ของพระครูวินัยธร (มั่น ภูริทัตโต) ซึ่งมีโอกาสอุปฐากรับใช้หลวงปู่มั่นในช่วงปัจฉิมวัยและเป็นผู้หนึ่งที่ได้บันทึกประวัติของหลวงปู่มั่นโดยละเอียดในเวลาต่อมาหลวงตามหาบัวเป็นที่รู้จักในฐานะพระนักปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานผู้มีปฏิปทาที่มั่นคง แน่วแน่ เด็ดขาด และจริงจัง บรรดาศิษยานุศิษย์ของหลวงปู่มั่นต่างนับถือกันว่าท่านเป็นลูกศิษย์องค์หนึ่งที่มีปฏิปทาที่คล้ายคลึงกับหลวงปู่มั่น ภูริทัตโต การกล่าวขวัญถึงท่านในหมู่ผู้ศรัทธามีหลายเรื่องค่อนไปในเชิงอภินิหาร เช่น การล่วงรู้วาระจิตของบุคคลอื่น การที่เศษผม เศษเล็บ และชานหมากของท่านกลายเป็นพระธาตุไปตั้งแต่ครั้งท่านยังมีชีวิตอยู่ เป็นต้น
