1 ★All of a sudden I have to varify my Wi-Fi connection. I used the app on the morning and by lunch time it not letting me log in. This process was the worst thing ever and one of their employees even told me wake up 5 in the morning to get through to customer service. Do better.

1 ★I signed up and was greeted with the message "Wrong Password", even though I used the password I had just created. Followed the directions to reset password, received the reset password email, clicked the link therein, and was invited to login again. I was unable to login on this new screen with the same credentials; it appears that that screen is some sort of admin interface. Clearer instructions, or better-tested app, please. I can't trust my credit card info with an app that can't get 1) Sign up 2) Log in 3) Reset password right.
