1 ★Worst app ever I have used. I had to order one hoodie then I found two more t shirt so I ordered all three products but I got only 1 t shirt and they canceled my hoodie for which I ordered. Since it was taking long rime so I thought to cancel my order but I didn't get any option to cancel as well Also we don't have any option to contact them. Please improve your interface and services your products are amazing but service is worst.
1 ★THIS APP SUCKS! It keeps telling me that my password is wrong and the email does not exist, even if it does! Furthermore, there aren't no email confirmation that my order has been processed but when i checked my bank account, they deducted it already! Too much distress from this app. Uninstalling it now!
1 ★Worst app ever. No rxchange facility. N since one month no pick up is done for my returns. Always saying area is unserviceable. Always hearing to wait 3 to 5 days n that day never comes. I haven't seen such horrible service with any shopping app. Just close the app if u can't give proper service. Pick up my articles asap. My money is stuck since one month.
5 ★user friendly, quick, clear photos and description. 11/2023 Recently I tried to order online with my mobile but it keeps on stopping after it charged my card and not getting any order confirmation. I tried 3 times and charged me three times. So I had to wait my pending charges to clear tried again on the 4th day and still the same buggy problem it doesn't complete the transaction but charged your cards. I'm uninstalling these app.
1 ★Worst app and worst customer service. They cancelled the order after a week. They sent confirmation emails and updates for a week and cancelled it because they were out of stock. In the app, the have backdated the cancellation date to the order placement date. Highly unethical. Their emails disprove the cancellation date mentioned in the app.
1 ★App is not working from about three days ago, it doesn't want to start at all. I get message that important service is not available. Update is not available now. Otherwise I was satisfied with application, it was easy for searching and I didn't have any issues while using it. I'll give 5 star after resolution of issue.
4 ★can be a bit glitchy, but by far the very best shopping site in fashion from basics to luxury from the high street to my door. it's an interesting, well produced, effective, balanced selling pressure. My favourite go to.
1 ★This app is horrible and in case you want to use the discount voucher in physical store it is impossible. During different discount events the app is unaccessible, may be it will be better if the app developers try to make it works more effective and remove the bugs.
1 ★Whenever you order something. Please don't return it. No matter what don't return it. You can give it to someone else. Because after return the material their app doesn't show any returned details and not refund the money. I have done so many emails calls but there no customer service.
2 ★had a few difficulties adding some items in my basket as errors kept popping. And some items disappeared from my basket, I had to remember what I added to go and search for them again . i could not remember all unfortunately.Such a waste of my time
5 ★Forgot to update my home address, tried calling the Call Centre 3 times, either there was poor connection, not forthcoming to help and added to a queue. Easier to cancel and reorder on the app! Otherwise, overall Happy with H&M as usual :)
1 ★If you ever try to filter for a size, you'll have a horrible experience! For example, I tried to find size L clothes and I clicked on something that I liked and there was only size XS avaliable. 🙃 Great! Countless of times has this happened to me. And this is going on for at least 2 years, it's not just a bug. This app ist TRASH!!!
