1 ★I have been waiting for shoes for over a month. I dropped at least $400 which isn't that much but it's $400. Customer service Dodges me and sends me a generic message each time when I asked where my refund is. I get a variety of names attached to again a generic email that is dodging the situation. I discourage you wholeheartedly from using this app because I'm assuming that unless you spend a good amount of money you will run into this type of issue because $400 is not a lot as far as shoes go
4 ★Great app never had an issue until the last update. Now its just stuck on the goat logo screen. It takes for ever to load and I'm using 5guwb internet. Wifi doesnt help either. Fix this buggy update. The site itself is easy to use and never had a bad shopping experience.
1 ★The app or site will not allow me to purchase anything or send a help ticket! After entering my information, than try to send a text code my phone for security purposes, I never received it. Goat need to get this fix and where you can speak with a live person.
1 ★constantly crashes so I tried to sign in on the website to buy something, I entered the correct password but they said it was wrong so I reset it, tried again and STILL WONT LET ME LOG IN... also it crashes EVERY 5 MINS and when I check out something it doesn't let me when my information is correct AND I have enough in my card. please fix this ur app USED to be good
3 ★Its a good app, bought shoes from here. The waiting period is a little long, but pretty good for the price. DO have a problem with the app itself though, always shuts down or doesn't start up over half the time.
1 ★I've been trying to buy something of here for over 2 months with goat credit and it will not allow me to buy anything. Keeps having a error on form of payment and even cancelations continually. I even contacted support and still no resolutions from them even though I emailed 20+ times. IM REPORTING THEM TO BETTER BUISNESS BEREAU!! Now I have credit cant use cuz the app doesn't work! At this point I feel like this company is STEALING MY MONEY cuz you CAN'T even spend the credit you have!!!
1 ★Order not received. They have NO WAY of contating them. This is the biggest scam ever and the play store has them as a download app. If you try and fill out a contact form they will send you in circles then submit button does nothing.
1 ★If your okay with receiving your shoes a month after your order them, at best. If your okay with not horrible customer service, but no customer service. If your okay with never being able to get your money back but just credit so you can go thru all the BS all over again, this is the App is for you.
1 ★Don't use this app. They overcharge. Over push notifications for prices that aren't your size shoe, they don't fulfill orders in a timely manner or in the time they promised. Customer service is non-existent. Not even that many good sneaker drops available. It's not worth the game to overpay for shoes. Goat app sucks.
4 ★Constantly tells me the service is unavailable now, even if i don't close the app and just switch, I have to completely close the app so I can do anything because it won't even let me just go back. Pretty frustrating. Other than that I really like GOAT
2 ★I am trying to sell my sneakers but after verification process, when I tried to login my PayPal account, I kept getting an error "Login Failed. *Login Error. Please try again later.* I tried logging in to a browser but it pushes through.
1 ★WORST COMPANY IN THIS WORLD! They were probably sleeping while writing their refund policy and on top of that they cannot be contacted through phone so forget about explaining or discussing anything, I went over a long list of emails with them (a different representative for each email) only to be told that one of them made a mistake while they were telling me what further actions are required on my end, which in turn could potentially change my situation. Moreover they have the Audacity to tell me that your only option now is to sell them (obviously at far lower prices because nobody would buy except for me and could honestly take years). You lose your time, hard earned money and get headaches just because you chose this company.
